Review Time
I ordered shoes WEEKS AGO, and have had not one update as to when my order will be shipped, if my order will be shipped, or ANY INFO AT ALL. I spent over two hundred dollars on your site, and this is how you treat a returning customer? I know you guys read these overwhelmingly bad reviews, perhaps think about firing some of your incompetent workers, and maybe try shipping your orders out when a customer gives you their hard earned money.
I ordered on Sathurday evening a sweater from the Jacquemus womenswear. After making the order I saw the bad reviews on this side and asked them when my order will be shipped on Monday morning. They answered quick and friendly and it was sent to me on the same day to Germany. The service is fast and costumer friendly, I received the order today and I’m very happy about it. So I normally don't write reviews but I found that there should be more recent positive reviews written about Dope Factory. My recent experience with Dope Factory is through purchasing a pair of Margiela Replica GATs through their site. I ordered it around 8/9/2019 and it arrived on 8/20/2019. I want to write this review because the other reviews made me feel like I had just been scammed. I bought first and then did my research so I thought I had just lost my money to some random Italian. But as I'm currently happily wearing my new shoes I can say I was not scammed. The customer service is poor but the shoes were heavily discounted. It took about 2 weeks for the shoes to be processed from Italy to the US. Shipping took 2 days in total. I sent two emails to the owner, and he responded twice saying it was being worked on. The order processing might take long and it might feel like your order isn't coming but in my case it eventually did. I guess I'm used to Amazon-level of online shopping and forget that some small businesses don't perform at the same level. My experience is not related to refunds. Just purchases
Do not order anything from them. They are rip offs. If you return something you will be told that you have worn the clothes and it can still be in the plastic with tags and they’ll put your money back on a DOPE gift card. Horrible service and it takes months to get your product if it’s even the correct size!
