Terrible company

Terrible company, we had to pay a stupid amount of money because we were 2 hours to early. Than the company hold a reservation on my creditcard for 30 days!!! £1500!!!

I have used Drivalia twice this year…Appeal upheld

I have used Drivalia twice this year and on a previous occasion. Twice in Manchester which was an excellent experience. Once in Glasgow and had a very poor experience which was partly my own fault but felt that the agent did not give me fair hearing which did make me feel very disappointed. I was made to pay extra money for which I later lodged an appeal. The Manager refused my appeal but I insisted on taking the matter to a higher level. Drivalia have upheld my appeal and issued a refund for the amount charged for which I would like to express my appreciation. I will certainly use Drivalia again.
