DAYLIGHT ROBBERY BY EASYSHIP IN THE 21ST CENTURIES????? THE REFUNDED SGD147.56 ONLY COVERED THE COST OF THE ITEMS BUT NOT THE SHIPPING!!!2) THESE ENTIRE HAPPENING WILL BE SHARED ONLINE VIRALLY.A) STARTING FROM THE CLAIMING PROCESS OF THIS HAPPENING, WE WERE TOLD BY CS LAURETTA S.VAAS THAT ONLY SGD19.00 WILL BE REFUNDED UNDER SHIPPING COST. WE WERE PUZZLED (DUE TO POINT1 ABOVE) AND APPEALED.B) AFTER APPEALING, CS ABHISEKH GHOSH UPDATED ALL IS APPROVED - "We have finally got the refund and I have sent it to our finance team to issue it as soon as possible.I will reach out as soon as its processed from our end."C) AFTER ENTIRE MONTH OF LYING AND BULLSHIT, CS ABHISEKH GHOSH UPDATED - "our finance team has confirmed that an insurance claim for this shipment was already processed for the amount of SGD 147.56 on 17th October. As a result, this shipment is ineligible for any additional refunds." SGD147.56 IS THE COST OF ITEMS ONLY! SO THE SHIPPING COST IS NOT PAYABLE EVEN THOUGH THERE IS INSURANCE COVERAGE WHICH WE PAID FOR?????????WE ARE GREATLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE DISHONESTY, DISINTEGRITY OF YOUR ORGANISATION. WE WILL BE TERMINATING THE SERVICE CONTRACT ONCE IT END ON 16 May 2025. THE ENTIRE HAPPENING WILL BE SHARED AND WARNING TO THE WORLD WHEN DEALING WITH EASYSHIP.
bought an item from eBay, it said delivered also I was there before the mail man got there and when I looked in the mail there was absolutely nothing in my mail. ebay refused to give money back because it shows it's been delivered. I contacted easyship and no one emailed me back. I would never recommend this company, skip this company and stay away. and yes I do have receipt for proof.
A business relationship is simply terminated because we send flowers and these are supposedly forbidden. I can understand that the general terms and conditions exclude liability for such products. But as an intermediary you completely prohibit the purchase of shipping labels, even though the courier accepts and carries out the transport of such shipments. And even despite these terms and conditions, liability is assumed for any damage caused during transport. I can't understand that. You don't want customers?I'm very surprised at your approach and curious as to whether it's in the company's business sense. That's why I ask you to let me know how you can contact your superiors or higher management. Thanks!
I have been using Easyship for one year now for my business shipping needs. I have had minor issues before, such as extra charges without notice and the shipping estimates not being the most accurate. However, recently a shipment was lost and despite purchasing extra insurance through Easyship they are denying my claim. The support has been terrible and the process has been going on far too long. I cannot recommend this company for when issues arise they will leave business owners hanging and deny to help you.Stay away.
I sent three shipments to the Philippines using EasyShip as agent for FedEx. All three packages were held by Philippines Customs because the forms used by EasyShip were incomplete and erroneous. On one I was charged an additional $50. penalties for a package valued at about $12. I am still waiting for similar issues with the other two. I have been shipping packages to family and friends in the Philippines for 20+ years using other agents and carriers and never had a problem before. Their online app defaulted to US for country of origin and there was no option to list as gifts, only "Direct Sales" or some other store app. Consequently I was charged for VAT and other taxes and penalties. I will NEVER use them for anything again and they refuse to make it right.
One star cause 0 isn't an option. I have already left a review on the shopify app store, I am living one here to be sure that people know how bad this app is. It's expensive and customer support is there until you need a refund on a mistake THEY make. I have been using this app for 3+ years, spent over 15K€ and they are being cheap for 30€ refund (again, not my mistake, theirs). If you can, use another app.
I had a genuine inquiry about the status of my international delivery. The parcel was mailed out from Canada Post, which states on the website that certain international packages get passed to Easy Ship. My shipment was one of them. In asking for customer support to look up an order, I got no help at all. They re-directed me back to Canada Post where the last contact point of the shipment would be Easy Ship. Not much effort was put in by their customer service team - absolutely did not want to search. I know it can be hard to track down a parcel. Even as a third-party provider, there remains responsibility, which none was shown. Disappointed. I would not recommend or use them as a first-party provider either.
It just doesn't really work beyond booking a service... The other parts of the service as so far damaging the reputation of my business, sending out tracking emails without my permission to websites that don't even work... Very poor. For example, they have the wrong link for tracking with EVRI. They're still using Hermes. Hermes changed to EVRI years ago... Very poor. So far, I do not recommend - It's just making my business look stupid, when customers click on tracking links that don't work that were auto generated by EasyShip without my permission. Order Update 08/08: It works well for UPS... I will continue to use you for UPS!Update 6/9: Now that I've seen the competition, I think EasyShip is definitely one of the better services. It's easy to use in most cases, I think it can do with some work to make it more intuitive but for the most part it does help to streamline work. I've tried about 4 other similar platforms since I started using Easyship and the only real competitor is goshippo. Will continue to use Easyship & can recommend...
