The delivery of products was left outside by royal mail despite requesting it be left with a neighbour and it was stolen. Jess from their customer support was brilliant despite some clunky internal processes and got the products redelivered via an alternative carrier. Things will always go wrong but the ability to sort them out is what makes a great company. Well done Jess!

The customer care is outstanding . I ordered for my daughter the magic of pro collagen and forgot to include the free 6piece gift with a value of 160 pounds. I sent an email off to Elemis and within minutes a lovely lady called Jess informed me that she would send it out straight away. Thank you again Elemis.
A free item was missed off my delivery and after contacting customer services , the wonderful Poppy - Ann responded quickly and efficiently and raised a new order for the missing item to be sent straight out to me .Excellent customer service and Many Thanks Poppy -Ann!!

I called today with a query regarding my recent order. I spoke to Rachael, who was highly professional from the moment she answered my call - polite, friendly and very helpful. She resolved my query quickly and efficiently and she then explained that because I ordered over £140 she would send me a free gift, something I wasn’t expecting atall!
