Wonderful customer service

Referring only to customer service as I have not received the items I ordered.. I had the pleasure of working with Janette in customer service when I was unable to place an order using the discount code given for my first time purchase. Janette was wonderful, answering every question and providing helpful assistance on how to complete my order. She was extremely professional and prompt in responding to me.
