Excellent service. I reported a technical issue and received quick feedback, even though it was the end-of-year holiday period. Together we went through several troubleshooting steps to try to get the device working again, but unfortunately without success. However, a replacement was immediately arranged.This is how customer service should be — simple, fast, and effective.
I love the fact that customer service was able to find me the replacement part I needed and shipped it out fast. The chat didnt have quite the right responses I needed to choose from but as soon as the customer service representative joined the chat, the conversation went a whole lot smoother.
I tried getting in contact through chat several times about a recent order. No one Eve responded to the chat to tell me when I would receive my order, nor did o ever get an email stating that my order was shipped out. I also never received a tracking number. 4 days after initial chat the package arrived.
Truly was the #1 advocate and supporter of this product up until I began to have some battery life and connectivity issues. I was sad to learn that being outside of the warranty window left me no support other than to purchase another new product. After many attempts of troubleshooting for the battery life issue, I was left with hubs that no longer connected. If there is not a fix for out of date firmware or how to re-connect Bluetooth with the app, then the pumps appear to be useless to me. And as a full time working teacher, I do not have $500 to spend on another product, while also feeling panicked and desperate to use the pump that helped me continue BF my babies. I wish I could reverse time and just simply make do with my battery issue to continue tracking and utilizing this product. Or hopeful they will initiate some sort of “buy back program” to utilize refurbished pumps in the future.
I have two pumps of Elvie, with technical problems of not being able to switch on after more than one year not using it and mould problem in the tube. Problems are always not under warranty. The worse is, i would pay myself for the replacement but it is not available. So each pump lasted only for 3 months. It is totally a scam.
I purchased an Elvie pump in early July and have spent weeks trying to get a simple invoice so I can submit it to my insurance. Despite calling customer service multiple times, sending several emails, and using the chat feature, I still have not received the proof of purchase.This should be a basic, straightforward request — yet Elvie has made it incredibly difficult. The lack of follow-through, clear communication, or accountability from their customer service team has been beyond frustrating.It’s disappointing that a company catering to postpartum and breastfeeding parents — a time when efficiency and support matter most — has made something so simple feel like pulling teeth. It leaves a very bad taste in my mouth about the company as a whole. I expected more from a brand marketing itself as innovative and supportive of mothers.
