***Update - I reached out to Elvie as per the comment below and they wouldn't do anything to help so all of the comments below still stand with the exception that they tried to lie here to appear supportive for your viewing. !!!!!!THIS SHOULD NOT BE YOUR PRIMARY BREAST PUMP. Suction is not great, always breaks, constantly on the phone with them to get replacements. Please note that if you plan to use the pumps again for future pregnancies, your pumps will be out of warranty after 2 years and Elvie will do nothing to help you.
Worst customer service ever. Bought 2 pumps for £450. When it came to using them, one of them didn’t even turn on. My wife was in pain as the milk was building up in her breast. We ended up getting another brand which was so much better than the single functional pump. Contacted them last week to return the pumps and get a refund. They emailed me 3 times giving me some useless suggestions on how to relieve the pain in the breast (even though I told them already it’s not an issue anymore) and completely ignored my requests for a refund. Now they went cold for 4 days and not getting back to me.Stay away from this company, subpar product, terrible customer service - all they do is create hype on social media but when it comes to caring for their customers, they couldn’t care less!
I have had this pump for just 4months and the suction is now so bad my supply has tanked. I am so livid as I know the amount of work it took to build my supply.Elvie is the most useless pump ever. You should really be selling this for a fraction of the current price. You are selling just aesthetics sorry. My advise to anyone looking to buy this product, please do your research and check other brands. For what Elvie is charging, you will getting a better pump with better suction!I am highly disappointed. What an utter waste of my resources! Their customer service is non existent!
Despite ordering Elvie breast pump 5 days ago and being told it would be delivered the next day I am still waiting for it to be delivered. I have tried to contact the courier service to no avail and have also tried to contact Elvie, again to no avail. Terrible service. Even before buying I contacted customer service to enquire about sizes and the replies I received made no sense.
If I could give negative stars I would. The customer service is atrocious. I ordered a pump over 2 weeks (and counting) ago and I have yet to receive it despite the website suggesting it was next day delivery. Nobody answers the UK head office number. The team that seems to be US based has no idea what they are doing. They are constantly making empty reassurances that they do not follow through with. I have been told I was get an email update, which I haven’t received. I have been told they would call me back within two hours, which they haven’t. I have been told the order was shipped, but it hasn’t. At this point I have lost all faith in the company and would not recommend it to my worst enemy. All I want is my pump to arrive so I can start using it and pump remotely for a special occasion. It’s appalling that a company website does not provide order updates. It’s extremely appalling that service that’s advertised as next day delivery has not arrived for over two weeks. I have a newborn at home and It’s taken a lot of time and effort from my day to have to keep chasing this up. The customer service agent also put my call on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnected my call.
