I bought the Engwe E26 e-bike. The bike is excellent and unbeatable for the price.After a while, there was a small issue, but the excellent support team quickly resolved it to my complete satisfaction.My wife also wants to buy an e-bike soon, and it will definitely be an Engwe e-bike again.
Everything was fabulous with my bike. It came on time, the price was really good, and my husband assembled it very easily. I love all the features. The lights, the horn. The complete setup for how fast I want to go or how slow I want to go and how hard I want a pedal. It's perfect for me. I bought the right bike. My husband who bought a different bike thought mine was really fabulous. I love my bike. Buy this one because the company cares. They want to know how you're doing with your bike and if there's anything they can do to help you if you have problems. I've been biking a lot and had not experienced any problems. I bent the seat post of my L20 Boost (my fault) and when I contacted Engwe they offered to replace it free of charge. I just bought a second L20 Boost, for my wife. We live on a small farm surrounded by forest. The L20s with their fat tires are perfect for riding on the forest trails hunting mushrooms and berries. The boost feature makes any hill a breeze for us pensioners.
