We had our Engwe bike for about 6 months when we had a problem losing charge on the battery. Engwe's service department was extremely responsive and we were able to replace the battery and charger at no cost and now the bike is fully functional again.
I’ve had a great experience with this company. Since last year, I’ve had a couple of technical issues with my e-bike, and every time, their team has been incredibly helpful—going above and beyond to assist me.Most impressively, they helped me replace the bike’s controller using detailed videos and pictures, making the process smooth even from a distance.I highly recommend this company to anyone considering buying an e-bike. Don’t hesitate—they truly stand behind their product and are always there to help you get back on the road.
I purchased an Engwe M20 2.0 e-bike and it arrived in terrible condition. The front chainring was completely bent and unusable, and the brakes have a serious malfunction that makes the bike unsafe to ride.To make matters worse, their customer service is absolutely awful. I’ve reached out multiple times, and they have refused to replace the bike or take responsibility for the damage. This has been a horrible experience — I strongly advise everyone to avoid this brand and save yourself the money and frustration. Stay away from Engwe.#engwe #engwebike #engwem20 #ebikefail #customercomplaint
I love the ENGWE M20 2.0’s retro style and smooth ride, with its 750W motor and dual batteries giving me 40–50 miles of fun commuting. The full suspension and fat tires handle bumps great, but the 99-lb weight and non-adjustable seat can be a hassle. It’s a solid e-bike for the price, just wish the throttle hit 28 mph like the original!
