Fantastic experience with Engwe High-Quality Electric Bicycles!I recently purchased an electric bicycle from Engwe, and I must say I am absolutely thrilled with my choice. The product quality is impeccable, and you can immediately tell that every detail is carefully crafted. The bike is lightweight, comfortable, and powerful, perfect for getting around the city without effort, but also great for longer excursions.The customer service was exceptional: the staff was very helpful in assisting me in choosing the right model for my needs and professionally answered all of my questions. Additionally, the delivery was quick and punctual.The electric system of the bike is extremely efficient and offers excellent range. In the city, I can cover long distances without any problems, and recharging is fast and convenient. I was pleasantly surprised by how stable and safe it feels, even on rougher terrain.I can only recommend Engwe to anyone looking for a high-quality, reliable electric bike with truly excellent customer service. A choice that has made my daily commuting simpler, faster, and more eco-friendly!
A friend of mine has had the Engwe M20 for a couple years now and loves it. He rides it everywhere and hasn't had any issues. So when it came time for me to get one, I knew it was going to be an Engwe bike. The price for what you get is very good. Luckily the Engwe M20 2.0 was out by the time I was looking. My son has a scooter so I wanted a bike so we could ride together. I ordered the Engwe M20 2.0 and the shipping was fast and arrived without any damage. Not even a scratch. I've reached out to Engwe with questions and they always respond very fast. I know they have wonderful support. Anyway, the bike has been so much fun and performs very well. Thank you Engwe!!! I will be a returning customer.
I bought an Engwe M20 after great customer service from Engwe. I wanted the M20 2.0, but it wasn’t available despite being listed on the website. They offered me the M20 instead, and I’m glad they did—it’s a fantastic bike! I’ve had a blast riding it with no issues at all. The customer service was top-notch, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!
I was initially impressed when I received the Engwe EP-2. It arrived well-packaged, and the build quality was noteworthy, especially considering its large frame. Many people around me also expressed interest in the bike.However, after having the bike for a week, the battery died on me after just 3 miles, forcing me to push it home. I decided to give it another chance, charged the battery overnight, and managed to get about 15 miles out of it before struggling to push the bike uphill when the battery died again.I should also mention that the suspension is quite harsh; you will feel every bump. It's great on smooth roads, but if you're looking to go off-road, this bike isn't suitable. These are my main concerns. When fully charged, the voltage on the bike was 25.5 volts, and I had to buy a multimeter to ensure everything was functioning correctly.Additionally, if you are between 5 feet 9 inches and 6 feet tall, I would recommend avoiding this bike. It’s only suitable for riding around town. I purchased this bike due to my disability, as I suffer from Marfan syndrome. I chose it after using a Lime bike, thinking it would be a good idea to own an electric bike. To be honest, the Lime bikes are far better than this one. There is no pedal assist, and when the battery dies, you cannot ride the bike at all—you’ll have to rely on an Uber or public transportation.Returning the bike could incur costs, which makes you feel stuck with it. I'm uncertain about what to do next; I really thought this bike would be a good investment, but I may have been wrong. I have contacted their customer service via email, and they are making an effort to help, so the aftercare is decent.Date of experience: March 17 2025

Purchased an X24 rated at 29.2Ak 48v, dual battery bike through an AE vendor. On the first day of the order they asked for more money to cover shipping and fees. I refused, as the advertisement states FREE shipping. Received the X24 Engwe some months later and discovered it missing the 10Ah cross bar battery. It does have all the circuitry and cables for balancing the two batteries. The Vendor claimed that "I had not ordered the upgraded version", although there was no selection on the webpage for any such "upgrade" and all reviews up to or around this date indicate the bike is a standard dual battery bike. As of this writing the vendor refuses to refund an amount equal to a 3rd party vendors purchase price. If you encounter a vendor with a name referencing "flying or sky" question them thoroughly or give them a wide birth. Thanks for reading, protect yourself from unscrupulous and deceptive vendors and manufacturers, we live in dark days!.
When my ENGWE L20 electric bike stopped working, I really appreciated the support I received. They sent me a new motor, and even when that didn’t resolve the issue, I later found out the controller was the actual problem—replacing it finally fixed everything. That said, I do think the communication could be improved. Some of the English in your responses could be clearer, and it took a full day to get a reply after I responded to your email. Still, overall, great support—5/5 stars! 😊
