Best Bikes at this price point.My first Engwe bike was an Engine Pro 1. Now I own a x24 and both bikes have been Awesome. I never had any issues with my Engine Pro in 1300 plus miles.I moved up to the X24 because I wanted a little bit larger bike without going to a 26” wheel. Also the standard 29.2 ah batteries included at this price point make this a Great choice. I was looking at the Wired Freedom and the E cells 5 star ( both more than double the price) but just wasn’t ready to spend that much money. I made my X24 comparable to those by installing BMX bars I purchased from Engwe for my Engine pro. That was a game changer for me because I needed to sit more upright due to back surgeries. The only thing I would change are the rear shocks. There very stiff even on the softest setting and I’m 230lbs. I’m looking around now for better ones. But again at this price this bike is a very good option and I don’t mind modifying it some to fit my needs. Thanks Engwe.
I used their domain engwe-bikes-eu.com to purchase an L20 boost e-bike for my wife.I received the e-bike within a couple of weeks, well packaged and without any issues.Their customer support is responsive within 1-2 business days usually.The e-bike is of good quality considering the cost and very attractive to our eyes at least.The experience was satisfactory and if I need another e-bike, I will certainly consider them again.
I recently experienced an issue while charging my Engwe bike, and I was very impressed with the support I received. The team asked me clear and relevant questions, and even requested photos and videos to better understand the problem. At first, they suspected the connector interface was defective and sent me replacements (the first wasn’t compatible, but the second one fit correctly). Eventually, they identified that the real issue came from the charger itself, which they replaced very quickly.Throughout the whole process, the communication was professional, efficient, and respectful. I truly appreciate how dedicated Engwe is to their customers, and I’m very glad I chose both their bike and their excellent support service.
engwe engine x black and white Both bikes delivered within the week from ordering, very well packaged to guard against transit damage, bikes easy to build after you have cut all the tie wraps and packaging off, only had for 4 days and been out every day, great bikes would recommend, i have arthritis in both knees, waiting for operations so ebikes perfect for me to help on the steeper slopes.my wife and I both love the ebikes will have many happy rides out in the country side.
