Tbh, they help easier and faster than my local country sellers. Ladt time I have ordered two batteries to my Engine X and Engine Pro 2.0, received it very fast! Thx Engwe!!!!!!
Just read Engwe posting and want to st things straight. I did leave positive feedback after getting bike and putting together. Saved up to get it. I live on V.A. disability, I'm a disabled veteran. Engwe did give $ . Yes the bike is 2022 and yes I waited to long. But when your gimped up with electric bike I'm clueless on repairs. Shops in my state of Arizona charge $105.00 per hour to repair. Who has that kind of money on disability. No joke all put together and nothing. Try to get support on issue, good luck. If it's changing parts there great to trouble shoot wich part needs replaced next. WHO WOULDN'T BE A LITTLE BIT IRATE ABOUT THIS MESS.
Ordered a spare battery and they sent it twicw by royal mail, even though they won't deliver batteries. 3 months later still no refund. Avoid at all costs, I bought the bike cheaper from another site and am finally getting a replacement battery from an amazon seller.
Purchased a ENGWE EP-2 PRO bike from their website 5 weeks ago. Yesterday the bike completely stopped working whilst travelling to work. I have been trying to contact them directly without any success. There doesn’t seem to be a direct contact number for customer service support, only an email address. I have sent two emails without any response. I’m going away next week on a biking holiday so need this resolved urgently. There products are expensive and I expect efficient after care support. This is completely unacceptable!
I had recently bought an e-bike from this company, and they were always very available during the whole process, answering any questions i had and also offering some discounts. Unfortunately, the bike i got had a defective part that had to be replaced, but when i contacted the company to require a replacement part, they promptly organized the shipping for the spare parts needed without any extra costs.It was always a pleasure dealing with these guys.
