I’m a 5’5” F 130lbs. Got this bike and rode it around over the weekend and absolutely enjoyed it. Super easy to use. It goes fast; faster than I need but it’s good to have the speed if I need it so I usually use it at level 2 or 3 (10-15mph). User interface of the screen is intuitive and has a really bright screen. Battery life seems great as I’m only down 1 bar after riding it around all weekend. Love the color options!! I got the green. I hope I can use it for many summers. Also I had some pricing questions and the customer service was prompt to respond and handled my questions very well. Very happy with that. I would certainly buy from Engwe again.
Really great service from purchase to delivery. I had a couple of questions after receiving the bike (nothing bad, just some technical questions). All answered really quickly. As for the bike (engine x) it’s the best thing I’ve ever bought. I am recovering from a hip replacement after many years of suffering with pain which in turn gave me bouts of depression. I’ve not been able to cycle since April 2022. This bike has saved my sanity and is helping me with my recovery. The build quality is really good and I’ve already after a few days of ownership added some extras (phone holder and mirrors). Looking to get a box for the back now so I can go out on longer rides with my camera and food and drink. Honestly if you’re thinking of getting an e-bike then these bikes are great and the prices are reasonable. With the new customer discount I paid £979 and I think for what it’s doing for my physical and mental health it’s worth every penny! I just hope that Engwe’s customer service further down the line if I need it are as good as they have been so far. Too many businesses don’t give a damn once you’ve bought their goods. Please Engwe don’t be like those others and look after your customers because there’s where you’ll get your loyal, repeat customers.
Great bike and great quality. I received my Engwe EP-2 pro and love it. It's a smooth ride with a great range. The bike itself does weigh a bit but it makes it easier with a area where you can pick it up from. Engwe definitely thought of everything with this bike.Only complaint the instructions wasn't as clear as I would like it took me going from the instructions and 3 videos just to figure building the bike up if they can make the instructions more clearer with more details on how and what to do then if be 5 star
