Where is it?

Cooker was supposed to have been delivered yesterday between 10:30 and 14:30; I followed the progress all morning and then from 14:13 yesterday it just stopped and didn’t move again, with the estimated delivery time creeping up all afternoon and evening. This morning it changed to between showing estimated delivery between 07:00 and 11:00 today and has slowly crept up, with nothing happening. No way to contact anyone, don’t know if there’s any chance it will actually be delivered. Arranged a gas fitter, whose been jolly understanding, but this is ridiculous. “Don’t worry though, your driver is still on the way!”Now it just says delivery failed - at least I now know it’s not on the way :(

Expert logistics what a shambles! Everything but expert!

Expert logistics? ANYTHING BUT! ordered an oven for mum in law from Argos, waited 3 weeks for delivery. Did all necessary measurements required for gas oven fitting/connection. Delivery arrived today, driver was fine but gas fitter decided oven wouldn’t fit? And he couldn’t connect it, no real reason and very unprofessional and rude. NO customer service. they just left with oven in truck. Now 96 year old mum in law without cooker/oven. Argos are letting themselves down massively using expert logisticsAvoid at all costs! Total disgrace. 0 stars!

They got it right eventually

Since my review giving 1 star but 0 if it was an option customer service representative Louise got Tim on the job he got the warehouse to investigate the whereabouts of my hob and after an hour or so it was located he was unable to get it delivered to me on Saturday as all drivers were already out on deliveries but it arrived at my house at 7am today Sunday. I thank him and Louise who had to listen to my gripe so after two failed delivery dates they got it right in the end.

Awful experience

Item due for delivery on the Saturday. I had a call on the Thursday saying it was scheduled and a message on the Friday. Nothing arrived on the Saturday. This was an urgent delivery which they were made aware of. Called Monday and while customer service were relatively helpful they did have to admit it was lost between warehouse and depot. This was a kitchen appliance so not exactly a small item to misplace! By Wednesday the item was still not delivered and I ended up going elsewhere as could not bare to have to keep chasing something up which no hope in sight of it ever being located! I hope I never have to use this company again as they are really rather useless.

Anything but experts.Poor customer services,a over long wait on the phone before you can speak to anybody.I had a text saying my appliance would be delivered between 3and 4.30 on a Sunday,They turned up at 7.30 that evening and didn't have a clue how to transport a heavy item into a property. One didnt even speak English. A complete cowboy outfit ! avoid using these clowns.

Never use this company. ***UPDATE***They have now called to say they have lost the Package. This company is nothing more than a scam as far as I'm concerned. 3 Delivery "attempts", and not its not even made it onto a van yet. No one can tell me why. was told on multiple occasions that they either haven't gotten it yet ( so why schedule a delivery ), to then calling me because they have it, to then be told when delivery wasnt made that they did not have it yet (!?!), to finally being told they have it for it to not get put on the van. I heavily suggest companies like Hoover, AO and Argos choose a delivery service that can actually deliver.

***UPDATE***So we are out having dinner we get a call off a chap that basically explains its lost how the hell do you lose an American fridge freezer?, basically said they will try to redeliver but will need new stock and would call to book us in when it's their. Monday morning receive a call to say they have requested stock today and booked us in for Wednesday it's now Tuesday had a email from hoover to confirm a delivery for tomorrow first communication I have had with them and I even have a time slot with exspert logistics sounds more promising this time but I am not getting my hopes up will update review tomorrow with outcome of "tomorrow's delivery"***UPDATE*** suprise suprise we are on Saturday never got a delivery slot for it rang up and guess what it's not on the delivery van no one call tell us why exspect your customer service is begging us to give them another try you sound like scammers you don't give a toss about your customers you can tell my 8 year old why we can't go shopping because shitpert logistics are so fing incapable of making a delivery!!!!!!!***UPDATE*** so it's now Thursday morning the day after delivery I have contacted them on Facebook and I have been ghosted by them partner has rang this morning to be told yet again they didn't have the item so why did a guy phone me to say they had it and to book again and why did you again make no effort to make contact so I wasn't wasting a 2nd day in the house and now the lady says they have it and it will now be delivered Saturday instead, I think they are lieing and have lost it this is the last chance you are having also the same uninterested lady from Monday was speaking to me again don't like your job Leave!!!!!This has to be the worse delivery company I have ever come across so I ordered an American fridge freezer with very and it was being dispatched directly from the supplier(hoover)anyway Wednesday we was about to book a slot so we picked the Saturday waited in all day nothing turned up no phone calls no time slot Zilch I am now stuck oh who to contact because its late and tomorrow is a Sunday so I had to wait till Monday I phone up Monday morning to be greeted by someone who sounded like wasn't interested in my problem then proceed to tell me the fridge freezer wasn't delivered because they hadn't received it yet so if that's the case how the hell was I allowed to book a delivery slot and why did no one tell this so I wasn't waiting in all day for nothing to turn up later on in the day I get a call from them again to tell me they have the fridge freezer now and would i like to book in for Wednesday(today) so that was confirmed Wednesday comes around I get a text stating that delivery is between 11.58-15.58 it gets to 4.30 still no item been delivered so we ring up and the lady tells us its been loaded on the van and she doesn't know why it's not here yet and she hasn't heard anything to indicate it's not being delivered and she would call back at 8pm if she hears anything no one ever called back I haven't got a phone call email or text to say why its not here its 9.15pm I am tired I just want to go to bed but I can't also the tracking info is pants does not work doesn't update the times if its late just says being delivered "today" their seams to be lack of communication I am upset with things keep changing

A Dreadful Service

I ordered an item from AO Outlet at the beginning of last week and was contacted by Expert Logistics to arrange delivery, all well so far. I got a 2 hour time slot for my delivery, again very smooth so far. Then on the day of delivery no further contact or update received or provided by the delivery company. I waited and waited and waited some more, still no update and the tracking showing "with courier". So I waited some more, no furthers updates received.So I decided to ring Expert Logistics to find out what was happening. After waiting 15 minutes to be connected to a call handler I was advised that AO had requested for the Double Oven to be removed from the delivery truck! Now unsurprisingly and as expected I contacted AO Outlet direct via a phone call. The chap was quite surprised at this development as noone from AO had contacted Expert Logistics regarding the removal of my Over from the delivery vehicle. AO then sent a request to Expert Logistics on my behalf to try and get to the bottom of what was going on on. Around teamtime yesterday I received a phonecall back from the chap at AO who advised that Expert Logistics had managed to lose a double oven somehow (so why feel the need to Bull $h## me initially?).For whatever reason Expert Logistics seem to have had massive issues since around March this year if you read the various online reviews about them.AVOID AT ALL COST BECAUSE YOU WILL INLY END UP BEING FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED!!

Fridge freezer delivery - told “That’s as far as we’re going!”

Fridge freezer delivery today, measured doors to check fitment, started delivery only to get into the garage and then decide the fridge couldn’t fit. When asked to take an alternate route around the side of the property, was told “We only get five minutes per delivery so that’s as far as we’re going!” Now stuck with a fridge freezer in my garage whilst I sort a more reliable delivery service! Not impressed!UPDATE: Great standard response, all this info was emailed through to this email address at time of posting!All details provided but as yet (3 days), no response from Expertlogistics
