Indicated they would replaced with factory lenses and then sent wrong ones back. Worst customer service ever. Should not be in business with the way they deal with and handle their communication.Since...owner reached out and indicated they would replace the lenses to the manufactures specs. Need to mail them back and start the process over. Owner is being helpful in trying to correct the issue.

I sent in my glasses along with the broken parts for a quote and decided not to get them fix because it was going to cost just as much to fix them as it would be to buy a new pair. I paid their $13 return fee and ended up getting them back without all the pieces that i send them. I contacted them and asked where my other pieces was and their response was “ they throw it” “like when car brakes you change they throw old away” “you no need broke one”. So i told them this is why they have many bad reviews and they text back with “you sent with broke frames we returned with broke frames, no harm no foul”. So now it won’t let me send them any more messages so i guess they block people with issues. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT SHIP YOUR GLASSES TO THESE PEOPLE!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!! I have all text and emails to back up my review

i love this site!!, at first it was a lot of information to start with, it can be a little overwhelming, but once you get started this site will become very easy to use, and i love the prices that they have on all of their items, and the best part is that they have a very small layaway deposit.
