Horrible company pulled a bait and switch told me the price was 150.dollars then 2 weeks later wanted a 100.dollars More . When I asked for my sunglasses back they returned them without there sunglasses cases with a rubber band holding them the together The frames now are bent thanks to them and they will not return my sunglasses cases . They are thieves don't trust them don't make the same mistake I did .they are not better business bureau accredited

The staff is friendly and very responsive online for anything you need whether it is an issue with the order, shipment or changes to your frames/glasses. Honest company that will not let you down. It was a very pleasant experience doing business with this company. The communication was excellent. I had a bit of an unusual request and they handled it beyond my expectations. They were prompt and my glasses arrived packed and shipped flawlessly. What a nice surprise these days to get real human help and quality work. I highly recommend.
A great company! My Silhouette glasses were very expensive and I sat on them .. dang!Called the EyeglassesDepot and they assured me they would do everything possible to repair. Whew, they did it! I mailed my broken Prada frames to Eyeglassesdepot in NY from MI for same frame repair. Eyeglassesdepot mailed me a pre-paid label to send broken frames. I mailed frames and in about three weeks, I received frames from Eyeglassesdepot well repaired, a bit tight around ears, but repaired quite well. Thank you Eyeglassesdepot Team!🤓
You all must be telepathic! I was STUCK at my house with renovations. You noticed the absence of my sunglasses after I had filled out the online repair order. Not a problem on your part, you simply emailed me a shipping label and I didn't have to leave the house! Thank you!!
WOW, Where do you start... First off, NOTHING is FREE with this company! They get your broken frames there for free... but you get charged for it later... TRUST ME! When the website says $29+... the "+" part is the part that gets you! I have Titanium frames and it says on the site... Nose bridge repair start at $25 and then add $10 for Titanium. I thought maybe $55... WRONG $196!!! Then I finally got them down to $99 after complaining and telling them to send back the broken frames. Took forever to get the estimate, and then once I did and paid it, they then informed me they would send them out and would be back to them in 2-3 weeks. THEN they ship them to me. Well I got them back and what a SH**TY job they did! No REAL professional would have let that leave their shop! DO NOT USE THESE A**HOLES!!! Now they inundate you with "TIP" requests! HELL NO!!!***UPDATE***They did try and call me and offer to buy me off with $12 to take down a bad review. The original invoice had NOTHING to do with replacement lenses, you need a prescription for that to begin with and you did not have that! They tried to upsell me cases, insurance, additional this and that and the repair work alone was $125, additional shipping of $12. Emailed the company and expressed my concerns over pricing and they agreed to $79 plus shipping. Still have those emails as well. Still a far cry from the estimated $39 on the site. NOW I have them calling and threatening me to take down this one and only review or they will "bombard the internet with bad reviews" about my company!!! Then I come on here to see if I could ease the review a bit, only to find he publicly released my information on the internet! Don't believe me about the threats? I will post a link to the threats on this review if this goes even one step further!
I lost my favorite glasses; they were discontinued. This site had them, so I took a chance on a company I had no experience with. I am happy to say the communication was great. In about a week I had the same discontinued frames with my prescription at my door. I am really pleased and plan on ordering a second pair in case I loose these.....
