Worst scam company in Canada!!!!

Worst scam company in Canada!!!!No contact number, all Ai controlled,Customer service SUX!!Totally false advertising on ALL their plans.They continue to steal money from your acct after you terminate service but you CANNOT delete your acct for 2yrs.Would NEVER recommend this service to my worst enemy.

I book an appointment for a wifi installation, I took a dayoff from work just to wait for 7 HOURS for fizz to tell me that the TECHNICIAN DECIDED TO NOT SHOW UP on the appointment THIS IS DISSAPOINTING for a first time using their service.

Installed an esim but no connection. Spent hours messaging back and forth with unhelpful staff. No resolution 2 days later.

Customer service seems to have rabies

My account says my plan is $8 but they're charging me $17.85 every month. Something's wrong with my account so I can't change my plan. There's just no button to do it and customer service is absolutely useless. It used to work fine and everything was fairly normal and easy to use but now it's completely dysfunctional. Why should I be paying $20 a month for a service I don't use? They told me I should have some patience but I've been waiting for 3 months and I can't use my phone or do anything in my account.They said I just have to keep paying and getting nothing that I need until their technical team can fix whatever they think might be wrong with it...Another time I was stuck unable to change my plan for over 6 months. This is not functional phone service. They didn't offer to refund me, or fix anything... Just said that someone in tech will make my screen show a higher price. No, it was a deal at the time, and they messed it up. They should refund me for charging me more than what the screen said. Also I asked them to change my plan and they said I have to wait until the thing is fixed and they don't know when it'll be.So they expect me to pay this erroneous bill until they fix it. Whyyyy should I pay this? The customer service people can't or won't help at all. Update. They finally fixed my page to reflect the higher prices but ... That's crooked business... In the meantime with another issue I had a horrible customer service representative basically be screaming at me to change my phone because it's not on their list of phones that are compatible with LTE... Even though my phone is in LTE and that's what it uses in every other country. They don't list all compatible phones by any means, they only lost 3 brands. And my phone obviously works on LTE... It always has. I with they'd fire that horrible person. I asked for their name so I could file a complaint and they refused to give it to me, mocked me and were just terrible. I've never been treated so disrespectfully by customer service in my life. The next one I got was actually decent acting... And said my phone was probably fine since it's an LTE phone... The previous person must have had rabies.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Was a client for almost three years, but ended my job phone and internet subscription with them when a minor issue came up and there was no attempt to resolve the situation on their end. Go with a more reliable option instead.

The shittiest service ever

I've never seen customer service make me so mad. It feels more like dismissal than anything. Like they have no intention to be helpful and only want to put the blame on the customer. They will answer beside the point, with prefabricated answers. They won't investigate any issue or solve any problems, they will only repeat the same generalities without trying to solve the problem in any way, shape or form. They truly don't give a damn about people.Data speed is slow, blocks from time to time. Save yourself lots of trouble and aggravation, go elsewhere.

Just came back from 3 months in S America and the data and texting worked fine (data usage is measured fairly unlike my travel sim).I used to pay for home internet, cell, and travel sims. I'm home little enough that I can live on 80G/month when home, so now I have only one plan and don't have to mess with sim cards in the airport. Been with fizz since last year - no issues.Not sure I've ever written a positive review before lol

Don’t make the same mistake as me…

Don’t make the same mistake as me wasting hours of your life to save $5. I cannot express how deeply disappointed and frustrated I am with Fizz Mobile. For over a WEEK now, I have been without functional phone service, a basic necessity, and my repeated attempts to resolve the issue have been met with nothing but empty prompts and endless runarounds.Every single agent I’ve spoken to has asked me to follow the same troubleshooting steps, which I’ve done meticulously, over and over again, to no avail. Despite spending countless HOURS of my time trying to get this resolved, I’m still left without service. And then, as if to add insult to injury, I receive an email asking me to provide details about the issue and the exact time. The exact time is all the time. This all started because I wanted to upgrade my data plan. Instead, I’ve been punished for trusting Fizz with my mobile service. The lack of accountability, the lack of resolution, and the sheer incompetence of your support system have cost me significant time, energy, and inconvenience.If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid Fizz Mobile at all costs. No amount of savings or promotional deals can justify the absolute nightmare of being left stranded without service and without proper support.

Bad experience with the customer service - 7 days later issue is not resolved

I decided to get the advantage of the Fizz Internet service offering a low price. I paid for the installation by the technician, and made an appointment for Saturday, Dec 7, 2024. The technician arrived but failed to complete the installation apparently due to the provider's network/system issues. The technician assured me that "someone" will be in touch. However, no one tried to contact me within 24 hours. I have contacted Fizz via chat (the only means of communication), and also filed "an official complaint" via their website. The multiple tickets and countless chats later - nothing got resolved until this day - December 13th. All I want to do at this point is to cancel the agreement and return the modem. I have never experienced this kind of unresponsive and uncaring customer service. If you decide to go with this company as your Internet provider, think twice. If the things do go not as planned, you will regret your choice. The customer support is done by chat only, and it feels like I'm going around the circles with the robots. Very polite robots, who are very sorry for my troubles but not helpful. I have my cell phone plan with Fizz and so far that was Ok, but I'm already worried if something goes wrong, I will be left helpless ones again.
