Old outdated vehicle that even the driver said shouldn't be on the road

The condition of the bus that arrived for the trip from Newark to Boston, a 5.5hr journey was not fit for service. Old, no power outlets worked, wifi was down, seats torn and to top it off the journey was two hours late. Despite sending a complaint, 3 week later I have heard nothing.

FlexBus left

FlixBus left earlier than the scheduled time on our trip from Prague (Florenc) to Liberec (01 Sept 2025, 23:00, Booking No. 3283292195). My family and I arrived on time, but the bus was already gone, and we lost CZK 957.60. Very unprofessional service — I demand a refund.

Terrible experience!

1 Sept 2025, UK900 service from Gatwick to Derby. Terrible experience, bus was delayed 90mins and when we boarded the coach it was freezing cold 16C!! Almost passed out from hypothermia!

This company has no idea how local…

This company has no idea how local regulations work. It thinks its own rules override legal jurisdiction of a sovereign nation! They unlawfully asked for a passport and denied entry to the vehicle for a trip inside the Schengen area even though an EU issued ID is legally enough. Comically the receptionist at the station claimed Schengen no longer exists!! Their hotline support continued their crap while actual police officers near the station denied the requirement of a passport. Total idiots.Important Edit: The company claims in the reply to have "resolved" the issue "internally" but the support explicitly mentioned they would not refund the total price nor will they refund the return ticket.

Two twenty four hours delays

Two twenty four hours delays. Nowhere to sleep. They locked restrooms at one place. Wifi didn't work. Outlets didn't work. Ran out of food and money two days ago and my three day trip so far has turned to five and I'm still not there. These jerks won't even offer a drink or meal. Terrible customer service and terrible delays. No concern for rider safety or health. Never Ride With These Guys in the United States. They are terrible!!

Their's a driver Melvin that sells seats for $50,00 dollars to get to New York from Washington DC when others purchases tickets on the internet.I know that it's early morning and I respect that but he needs to realize that it's customer service he should always have a positive attitude so that we all can have a great experience. With that being while ri5on the bus how can you assure the customers are safe when you have no knowledge about who are getting on your buses they are so much going on in the united states I would not like to be sitting on the bus turning my head every second this is not comfortable. This need to be investigated.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. The bus never arrived at Bucharest Otopeni Airport, although I was traveling with my 9-year-old child at 3:30 am. The driver never called, the stop information was misleading, and FlixBus redirected me to another company without taking responsibility. I had to buy new tickets with GAL Trans at 09:00 and pay €70 again. Very stressful and unacceptable – I will never use FlixBus again.

Unreliable - find alternatives

Booked and we’re excited to go out to Como… got up at 5.30am and made our way across town to get to meeting place. Just as we were about arrive, we had a text saying the bus would be 80 minutes late. The meeting point was not in any kind of centre and this meant we had to find an alternative route to make onward connections. Didn’t use the tickets for this reason, but no refund… untrustworthy/unreliable.
