This is a terrible company

This is a terrible company! They guarantee you safety, comfort and good travel conditions only in words! In real life, FlixBus does not provide prescribed services and does not provide any customer support. The company is absolutely not interested in protecting the rights of the client. On Russian-language websites they write en masse about stolen luggage, I was no exception and was left without things. Drivers often leave people at stops and drive away with their things, but no one returns the things and the company does not contribute to this in any way. I ask everyone who has suffered from FlixBus to write to the German authorities, to the main office of the company and be sure to spread information about the terrible service in the media. People should know that this is a company that can never be recommended to anyone!

Terrible ticket controller Hamburg

Before departing from Hamburg bus 075 today 4 September 2023 booking number 3103803580 the girl ticket controller was very angry with everyone. She didn't allow an old couple to travel even though they had a ticket and Eu ID, she asked for the passport and behaved very badly towards everyone. She immediately charged me €10 for my guitar Could easily fit uplike many other Flixbus trips up here... I asked her what does one earn by behaving like this, she looked so happy yelling at people I paid 10€ and still didn't want to allow myself to drive ....she said she personally does not want to let me drive only for fun....the most terrible and strange thing i ever heard.... Then the police came, of course the truth comes out of it, the couple goes with us and so did I.We had to wait 35 minutes because of her.The most funny thing came when in groningen a passenger with even bigger guitar than mine,i saw his ticket he did not pay extra luggage did not pay like me 10€ for the guitar.......are we passenger all equal first as humans and then as passengers????That ticket controller should never ever work for flixbus ...i have no words to describe her terrible behaviour. Of course the police gave right to me and the couple and let us drive

Literal hell

Budapest to London, changed coach in Frankfurt. The first bus was absolutely disgusting, no WIFI of course. Uncomfortable beyond measure. Some passengers were stinking really badly. Sticky floor. Second bus was a slight improvement. You force people to use the onboard toilet, which causes a stench that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Drivers do not stop for comfort breaks, but ask passengers not to s**t. You don't understand what you're putting people through. I only booked this due to lack of options. I suspect you treat the drivers like dirt too.

Worst busses

Worst busses; when there was a white passenger the bus waited for 4 mins and started 4 mins late. With us bus left before 1 min with my husband standing in front of driver asking him to open the door. He really didn’t open the door. What kind of nonsense is this,?worst busses and noone to help at Brussels stop.

I want to inform you of the unpleasant and disappointing driving I had with you. On Tuesday, August 22, I took your bus from Rotterdam to Bruno. The bus was almost an hour late. A few days before the trip, I bought my ticket online, paid for myself a chair and suitcase. At the station in Rotterdam, your unkind chauffeur asked me for 10 e to charge for a suitcase that was already paid for. When I told him and showed me I had paid, he turned around and left. After that, he smoked cigarettes during the trip, walked through the bus with a cigarette and consumed alcohol. The driver was constantly smoking during the trip, and he didn't inform us about the breaks. He was driving a vehicle intoxicated. I'll send you pictures so you can find out who it is. If you've broken all the rules, I'm going to put it in the paper. On the bus, a lady told me that he asked everyone for extra money for a ticket. It's a bad advertisement for you. Aggressive driver

The driver was aggressive towards me and my 5 year old child. When we came there were 2 people sitting in our chairs and I kindly told them that those were reserved by me. The lady sitting there told me that according to the driver they could sit there. So we had no seat… and the driver simply started to drive away when both of us, me and my child, were still standing in the middle of the bus, with no seat. I couldn't hold on, was almost falling, and started to call to stop the bus. My husband saw me standing desperate in the bus and tried to brake and warn the driver by standing in front of the bus. Me (being almost on the 6th month of pregnancy) and my child can get nauseous during driving, so we booked those 2 front seats intentionally for two of us, and also against some extra costs. The couple sitting at our sits were not really eager to move away, but at some moment even they asked the driver where would it be possible to find another sits. The driver played a big boss and l said that the reservation does not mean anything and he will decide where we sit. (To be added that the bus was fully booked)I think those passengers were taken without any ticket and the driver wanted to earn some extra money…So, it was told to me either I takeanother random sit (my 5 year old child had to sit somewhere else, not next to me) or leave the bus.In the end it was decided by me that it was not safe to continue driving with such a driver and I left the bus.

I was supposed to take a bus from lille…

I was supposed to take a bus from lille to Amsterdam on the 19th. The bus left 25 mins before departure. We did not receive any communication. Upon contacting customer care we realised that the driver marked us present on the bus so their system shows we are on the bus while we are waiting at the bus stop. No alternate solution was provided. Ended up buying ticket for another bus company.we were asked by customer care to take the picture with the clock in the background to prove we are inded not in the bus at that time and ask for refund. which we did. guess what that was not enough.we were offer 5 euro refund for a 20 euro ticket. and 30 euro that i had to pay for the next bus.

Our driver was literally arrested mid…

Our driver was literally arrested mid trip, he was swerving on the road, and while the police wouldn't elaborate exactly what he was being taken away for, one can only assume he tested positive for drugs as he was acting like he was on some sort of amphetamine. We had to wait for a replacement bus while the police kindly supplied us with water because it was extremely hot. FlixBus refused a refund because they 'supplied a replacement'. They quite literally put 30 lives in danger, nobody is wearing a seatbelt on a bus with an intoxicated driver. Absolutely shameless

They are cheaters.They deducted all the…

They are cheaters.They deducted all the money while booking tickets but didn’t give any tickets to us.We couldn’t travel to our destination .We tried to reach them , they didn’t bother.And now they are denied to give us the refund.Total scammers.
