The fact is that I was not brought to the stop I paid for. Sometimes things happen where it is just not possible but I do expect an explanation that it is not possible. The driver was rude and didn't explain why he didn't bring me to the right spot. Later on in an email they said it was due to technical issues which sounds like a lame made up excuse if I only hear it after the fact. They would also not compensate the cost to go to the right spot, which was the least they could do. It is not about the money but I feel extremely disrespected.
The spot was on the spots where they should stop but the last spot (where I should have gone) was canceled. Nobody told me it was cancelled and the app also didn't say it. The chauffeur was rude and just kept repeating last stop last stop

If zero stars was possible it would be this. We have just witness a Flixbus driver try and agreesively ram a number of cars off the road on the A4 at the Chiswick round about. Blaring his horn, undercutting cars and pushing cars off the road and then chasing down other drivers, truly appalling behaviour this driver should be banned!
"The comment you entered is in an invalid format".That is the only reaction on the terrible website when I give my opinion about Flixbus refund-policies. I had for medical reasons to cancel my trip last year. It took 3 different Flixbusses and some other trajects so I also had booked parts of this journey via other transport-organisations like Omnio and could easily and immediately get my money back. The refund-protocol of Flix was unlike the rest and obviously designed for not getting your money back. I took the vouchers (not addable, so three vouchers, which is bad) and mailed Flix. Never got an answer.Phoning was (of course) impossible. Now almost a year later I get an answer which tells me I can't get my money back and can't add the voucher-amount up into one booking, so I have to make 3 bookings before this May. This is not the policy of a good and helpful company, this is a construction to make as much profit with as little service. This is like Ryan Air(not a compliment as we all will know). I never give ratings in general but this time I will.
Bad experience,11 hours journey and the bus don't stop on any petrol station or restaurant, it stops 3 times for 10 minutes to leave and pick up more people and that's it, they don't have water, what for me is very weird because i am from Brasil and there, any bus company that does long journey travels have water, i also traveled around Spain and there they have at least one stop for half an hour somewhere on the way to eat something
Worst company ever in Belgium.I was at the busstop at least 20 min before departure. Waited more than 1.5 hours in total, in the rain and cold, mid winter for a bus that never showed up. They lie on the monitors saying the bus was on time, while there were at least 10, 15 other people waiting for it. And then they refuse to give you a refund.It's not the first time it happened but it def will be the last. NEVER USING FLIXBUS AGAIN!!!!
I would give no starts if possible. We are now in the bus from Antwerpen to Amsterdam which was supposed to be at 7 pm on 29 December but only came at 8:04 . I can understand the traffic but the bus driver was watching football from his phone during driving, to the point where he announced the match score on speakers putting everyone’s life in danger by watching video while driving. He is extremely rude and while we were lined up to get in the bus, he said ‘wait’ rudely and then took some other people first whom appareantly spoke his language and from his nationality. I am also going to file a complaint about the driver.
