First order didn’t go well, charged £6 for delivery and order confirmed items should be with me within 4-6 working days but Evri has only just received the item so it’ll be another couple of days until I receive the items, not very quick for £6! Not a good experience for my first order and querying it with the company didn’t help as they just told me to use the tracking provided which hadn’t been updated for five days.
Worst Onlineshop I’ve ever experienced. Tracking was provided. The shop promised a 4 day maximum delivery. After 3 days the delivery company informed me that the order was returned to the shop because it was not properly packed. After my request flying tiger promised that it will be repacked and send out again. 5 days after I got a notification that they just cancelled my order completely and they won’t send it out.
MEAN WORKERS (especially to kids)I went to a section that had squishys and my daughter saw one on top of the box in the front and thought it was a tester So she tried it and the worker came and yelled at her for taking it out of the box and told us one more time and we will kick you out then her friend was holding a squishy That was ment to be opened and had a hole she didn’t know it was popped so she squished it then a worker Came up to her and pulled something she was going to buy and yelled at her for popping the ALREADY popped squishy 1 STAR
I bought a £1 cotton wool pad pack in Cardiff store...the first self service till didn't work and couldn't take my payment (contactless). Shop assistant got me to move to another till and I redid my purchase. I have now been charged the £1 and also a further £2.50 which must have been someone else's purchase. Not happy as i did not authorise the £2.50 and am worried that my card has been used.
I love the stuff you sell in the shop but there is a customer safeguarding issue in the 105-107 Oxford St store. Yesterday I had my phone stolen from my pocket in the store. I informed 2 members of staff and the security guard, all of whom were sympathetic but no-one made a report. So I returned today to ensure the theft was reported and to ask about the CCTV footage as I knew what time the theft happened. The manager (tall, dark haired man) simply made a note of my name and the phone model into his phone and said that only the police could have access to the CCTV footage. After I had spoken to the manager, another woman reported the theft of her phone: this was also yesterday evening and both thefts were from the same area in the store. This suggests that customers in the store are targeted probably by an organised group, so the police should have been called at the time or today when I returned to try to identify the thieves. Instead both of us victims agreed it was clear there was no interest in dealing with this by the manager. We both noted that the security guard was on his phone in the doorway at the times of the thefts.
