Love this store so much. I might have an addiction... costumer service is also on point. Can't wait for the app to become available in Belgium so I can be addicted on a new level... I mean shop more...definitely. I don't have a problem, I can quit whenever...
Flying Tiger used to be my favorite shop but it has disappointed me over the years. Products went from often custom designed by artists to stuff being sold on Temu only for a higher price. I'm not sure about other locations but the Flying Tiger in Akropolis changes their products category locations often but keeps really old stock (like still having unsold Christmas stock when it's around Valentines day) which has turned Flying Tiger from a unique shopping experience to any other "Skruzdelynas". Moreover, after learning about the mentally unwell and abusive store manager I can't look at the Tiger staff the same way.
I love Flying Tiger and I actively seek a shop out when I am out and about. We frequently visit other cities or my daughter in Scotland. This gives me an excuse to search for a local Flying Tiger. We were lucky enough to have a store in Preston, but it closed down pretty quickly and left me bereft.
I went into the store in Coventry and chose some of the Christmas sale items. Each of the 7 items were a different price to the ones listed on the shelf. For myself the overall bill was slightly less but had I had the qualities in a different way, I would of been out of pocket. The staff were extremely rude and seemed to think this pricing was fine and couldn't see a issue.
I love this store, when I go in and online. Always find something a little different and cute. I have had items broken when buying online (these things happen but I think it is the way it is dealt with that says a lot about the company) I contacted customer service and was refunded for the items promptly. Always end up buying more than intended and will continue to do so.
We love Flying Tiger for their imaginative products. We have bought many different things, funky unusual baubles for Christmas, wonderful paper decorations for celebrations and funky unusual presents for friends and family. They deal with orders promptly so delivery is quick (we are in England they are in the Netherlands).Would recommend.
Bought a gift for Christmas however this was not wanted. Wanted to send back as not opened however denied return due to 14 day policy. Avoid if buying as gift as they won’t accept any refund. I was unhappy that they were unwilling to take this back however I could accept that this is their policy (many other shops provide a Christmas returns policy so I would shop there in future). Since they refused the return I decided to open it up and give it a shot since I wasn’t getting my money back anyway. The quality of the product was TERRIBLE and broke when I tried to put the pieces together. The balls also went over the bumpers of the product so it actually wasn’t any use. So complete waste of money and will not shop there again. *EDIT* response to their response. Yes I did get an email back explaining that this could not be returned as it was outwith the two weeks, therefore issue is not solved
We love the store and spend lots, shipped online for the sale and it all went downhill. Order 26th December, received an email 30th say 1-2 days. Tracking hasn’t updated so spoke with Yodel who haven’t even received the order. Very very poor service.
