Me han solucionado un problema con una compra lo que me da mucha seguridad para seguir comprando en sus tiendas y quiero dejar constancia aquí de la amable atención de Flaying Tiger y sus empleados . They have solved a problem with a purchase which gives me a lot of confidence to continue buying in their stores and I want to record here the kind attention of Flaying Tiger and its employees.
Not at all happy with the Chelmsford shop. I want there back.in July. To buy a couple of bits. When I used there self service tills as the payment was going through their system went down. The assistant said to try it again. And that it wouldn't have taken the money. The second time the self service took the money but gave me no receipt due to these technical errors. Today I see I have been charged again for the same amount. So it has took the payment from the first attempt. Now I'm going to have to fight to get my money back. Will definitely not be shopping here again.
While the products themselves were of decent quality, the returns and refund is turning into a nightmare. One of the products wasn't working and I returned it ages ago. No response and no refund yet. Latest edit: I managed to get a refund after getting through to the customer service - the lady was very helpful and prompt. It took a while - almost 20 days, but since it did get resolved, I might be tempted to go back to the site!
I’ve always loved visiting Flying Tiger shops. They are great fun and great value. I recently saw some china tableware online, ordered it but unfortunately some items arrived broken. I wrote to Customer Services and got a positive response on the same day! I have now reordered these items (with a few extra pieces I fell in love with!) and wrote to Customer Services expressing my concerns re the packaging. Another quick response assuring me that they have spoken to the warehouse on my behalf. I think that’s the measure of a company - how they deal with problems when they arise. Not only are they good at responding to customers, they are also good at keeping their customers informed during the packing and sending process with regular updates. I’m very impressed.
I absolutely LOVE Flying Tiger, it has cute themes, snacks and decorations. They have excellent prices, I bought several items for £7!!! The sales are fantastic and I love how the store is set up! I recommend the is amazing Danish store the everyone, and FYI their stationary is the BEST!!
I saw a deal for a christmas ornament so I bought 40 to sell on for more, the company has the right to refuse sale if it was a mistake or they misold to many, no problem.My review was the way they do this, they took 3 weeks before refunding and then telling me sorry it was a technical error and to re-order.clearly I can't reorder as its gone now.as I said a mis-price doesn't have the be given and I didn't care, however what I do care about is first holding money for weeks, and second then lying about it.I tried to express my concerns that this was poor behavior and was really not warranted, but they just ignored.Are you going to order and get your stuff?... most likelyare they a company you should trust.. on my expierence likely not.I think the low stars on here says it all.advice to flying tiger, don't lie, be honest nobody cares.
I spent £75 on my grandchildren’s Easter hunt presents at the Putney store last week. . A reel of Sellotape I bought, when opened, did not function, and the metal serrated edge fell off. I returned to the store where the shop assistant agreed it was defective, agreed that it had been bought at her shop, but said it was company policy there unless I had a receipt I could not have a replacement item. I did not have a receipt, and so she refused to help me. The shopper standing behind me said that she would walk out of the store in solidarity without purchasing the items she had picked up. She also spoke to a person just outside the shop and recommended that they should not come in because of such poor customer service. No wonder the trust pilot scores are so low.
