I found staff at FMG Stourbridge extremely courteous,knowledgeable and helpful. The Resourcing of specific parts from Land Rover proved problematical but I was kept informed about difficulties and the repair date estimate updated as required. The repair itself was completed faster than forecast and my car returned looking as good as the day it arrived. Thanks to all the staff there.
Everything to do with my car & the repair was excellent. Simon kept me well informed was helpful & attentive. The car was immaculately presented upon its return.The only minor criticism was the lack of explanation about the keyless technology of the courtesy vehicle & I was completely thrown by the lack of handbrake.
Awful customer service at FMG Walsall. Had nothing but problems from the start. My vehicle was hit and 2 months later, still no repairs. It took them a month just to send off a quote to the insurance. There’s been no communication and no one seems to know what they are supposed to be doing. I’ve had to be the person to go to and from FMG and the insurance to get things sorted. Nothing but lies and lip service. Nothing gets done.
