Customer for over 22 years

Customer for over 22 years. Rang and said that Foxtel had great deals for new customers but nothing for existing customers. The guy on the phone offered me a $8 discount. So much for being a loyal customer. AND the worst customer service.

Extreme forceful sales when trying to cancel

I have been a foxtel client for 5 plus years. After trying to tighten the budget and realising that most of the content is avaliable on all the streaming services I already have it was time to say good bye. I logged into my account, no sign of a close account button, started the chat, no able to do it via that portal, need to call I'm told (odd because they verified my identity and the chat put it in writing so legally I'm sure that would be a legal form of notice) never mind I'll call. For my 5 years of service I was met with some of the most forceful sales methods I have ever faced and I spent 20 years in real estate! I repeated on 4 occasions that I was experiencing financial difficulties and was not interested In any options I just wanted to cancel. In the end I requested to be placed on hold until my request was carried out as I no longer wished to speak to the person on the phone. I hope to God they do no do this to little old ladies or people in real financial stress, creating a more stressful situation!

Foxtel service is a joke overseas call centres you can not understand rude lyering to customer's if you say you're calls are recorded listen to them you're a joke Foxtel

Won’t refund non authorised transaction. Customer for over seven years

Customer for over seven years . Cancelled contract with over 12 months notice. Still charged me $29.00 refused to refund. Called my bank to dispute. Wasted over 6hours in calls and emails. Won’t even acknowledge. Activated my account again. No one cares or can be trusted won’t release voice recordings. Very bad employees or company. DC Singleton.

30 minutes on hold trying to sort out…

30 minutes on hold trying to sort out an account issue that foxtel stuffed up by changing my plan incorrectly, said they needed to transfer to another department 5 mins later a new rep answers the phone no details and the conversation starts again, ridiculous customer service, hopeless, frustrating

No customer serviceTech guy 3 hours late ,was told by 5 different people he is on his way and only 10 min away and when I rang again they said he was sick and not coming at allCancelled Foxtel now and will go elsewhere

Foxtel useless techs

I had technician come to my house on Wednesday because neither of my boxes were working.He adjusted the devices so they would run off my wifi.Long story short now one of the boxes still doesn't work at all and I can only get free to air channels on the other, Apparently that's good enough, I absolutely hate foxtel but some programs you can't watch without it.

After 15 years decided we did not…

After 15 years decided we did not require their services. Took 45 mins to cancel subscription and had to be completed on the phone. Foxtel would have reduced our monthly payment by almost 50% to retain the business !!! Now services have been cancelled 2 days prior to expiration date. Good on you Foxtel we have also now cancelled our recently acquired Kayo subscription …..

am a Foxtel business customer was told when we installed the system that there was a dedicated support team devoted to business IQ customers, however when one of my boxes went down i called the so called dedicated number was on hold for a fair while only to be told that the tech rep could not try to deal with the problem as she was not trained in this system but would get someone to call back, next day i received a call telling me that there was a technician in the area but he had no equipment to fix the box in other words replace it and would not be back in the area for 3 -4 weeks again this is the dedicated IQ technician but he has no IQ boxes ??? so my business has a room down for 3 weeks just because Foxtel are unorganised and there customer service is non-existent company is a joke

my mother was on call with a support person of foxtel and the costume serves guy named mark was yelling at her while shes trying to explain what been happening
