SCAM!

I signed up for free trial for 10 days and charged $25 and requested a refund 15 min. after realising the charge but refused to have refund. Terrible practice, will report to authorities as well!

Connected their little satellite dish and disconnected my tv aerial for local channels and refusing to take responsibility Foxtel stop hiding behind your chat bots and be accountable

DO NOT JOIN FOXTEL

DO NOT JOIN FOXTEL - their customer service is disgraceful. They take your money but do not provide any equipment or connection - this has happened to me for the past 5 months. I took them to court and they lied, but were still found guilty, but since then they have breached the court orders and refuse to provide me with a service. I have written 27 formal complaints and not a single one has been responded to. They refuse to provide me with a connection and treat you like an animal - ignore you, leave you on hold for hours on end, and then hang up on you.

I’d give Foxtel no stars if I could

I’d give Foxtel no stars if I could! I’ve been with them for 30 years and they sent me a bill for $822.00 to upgrade to the new system despite advertising it would be done at no cost!! I’ve been thinking for some time to get rid of Foxtel and this was the straw that broke my back! Watching reruns of old old old programs and the lack of support from the company have made me turn off!! It feels a relief, $190 per month and a monthly increase on the way on top of the $822 is absolutely crazy!!My smart tv an I Already $5000 a year better off. Well done Foxtel your business acumen is appalling!Good luck to your staff, I hope you can keep them all employed, but please give them more education in dealing with the public

Appalling online and phone service

Appalling online and phone service. I finally decided to cut off my service and they informed me that I needed to spend my own time returning their broken box or I would be charged for it. Unbelievable. Expensive, dreadful service and not worth it. So many better options out there.

Be careful when paying any payments…

Be careful when paying any payments with them over the phone as the keep your bank details then direct debit your account without permission. Not happy my rent will now be dishonered.

Zero Customer service

I have no signal and do you think I can speak to someone? The answer is no. Phone calls to technical service are disconnected. Live chat, I got 2 people answered, but they did not want to do any work. They are just collecting a paycheck. They cut off the chat. Facebook messenger is a dead end. So I have no signal, and foxtel doesnt care. I have been a customer since day 1. Am now considering my options. Looks like I will be watching free to air on my computer. Come and get your box.

DO NOT TRUST THEIR ADS - RIPPERS

10 day trial for free?! It's simply a joke!Don't trust their advertisements at all or don't even try their trial account. I signed up a trial and because I found it too expensive and not worth of money I cancelled my subscription 2 days before due date but surprise surprise they charged me $39 and when I called their useless customer service on the same day they deducted the amount he said what is your reference number if you cancelled your subscription! I can see it's not cancelled yet! Anyway, after long waisting time we logged in together and did the same cancellation procedure again and the same notice popped up on the screen without any reference number. When I asked him ok Mr useless, where is the reference number now? He was like ok there might be a case you will receive the reference number in your email, again we checked and the email was saying everything you can imagine but a reference number. I was asking for refund cause it's b.s. and never gonna use it, he refused and said it's already deducted u can enjoy a month of our service. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever had.This is their trick to ripp you off.That's a pity I have to give min one star, with there was minus one available.
