Paid a wrong account have given them references payment details and no one can find anything REM customer service is pity full have been in phone for 40 mins waiting to speak to supervisor and still waiting.... no one knows how to fix it or even find funds all they say is if you pay again service will be reactivated DISGUSTING SERVICE !!! So over foxtel and overseas call centres
If I could put no star I would. This was the worst customer experience I have ever had. Would be really nice if someone could understand what I'm saying. I have just been transferred from dept to dept. So bad. No wonder Foxtel is going broke.
Only rated 1 because there is no zero. I had a dish installed 4 days ago, worked fine for 2 days then on third day kept getting no signal received probably due to heavy cloud cover about 10 times every 15 minutes or so, funny not a cloud in the sky a beautiful day with a light breeze blowing. Went out and looked at dish and noted it was pointed towards a tree in my neighbours yard and every time the breeze blew a couple of branches moved across and blocked my signal Rang tech support and went through all the resets and cable checks all the time trying to explain it was the tree blocking the signal and all the checks were pointless. Eventually I was told a tech could come and move the dish but I would have to pay $200. Then tried online help who went through all the resets and checks again eventually arranging for a tech to come out and investigate the problem but stating if the fault was with my equipment I would have to pay $100 for the service call. I have cancelled the tech visit what is the point unless the weather conditions are the same the fault will not manifest. I would cancel the contract if not for the early cancellation fee. FOXTEL SUX.
I have NEVER experienced such bad customer service from anyone than I have just received from Foxtel. As others have said - they are driven by MONEY. My service was on hold as I was out of the country, but as they needed money Foxtel decided to restart my account and charge the full amount, then they refused to back down - they just would not reply to emails, so I had to ring them, go on hold for ages, and get told someone will ring me back, and even agreed to a time and name of person who would ring, only to find out after not getting a return call that there was no person with that name in customer services. Their customer service policy is ignore everyone and hopefully they will go away, if that doesn't work then just lie to them and see if that works.
They have cut my Italian site .I called to tell them that I did pay and it wasn’t n due yet but they sad that I would be late anyway because the transaction would take 3 x working days. I have been with Foxtel for the last 15 years. Shame on you. They hang up on me as well when I asked her to tell me if I could change my package. The people they answer they phone are from outside Australia and I think they couldn’t care less and the reason I’m saying this because the person I talked to wasn’t very friendly or wanting to help me.
What an absolute scam Foxtel is. Charging $4.95 to watch a 25 year old movie is an absolute rip off. Some of the movies 'now available to rent' had been flogged year after year on the movie channels, now to watch them, you have to pay.
