Foxtel is the hero of misleading and deceptive conduct. I was billed over 19 months $104 per month for a service I never used once. Yes, I signed up for a free trial. Somehow I got signed up to every channel/service they have. But they never ONCE sent me a tax invoice to see what I was being charged. The charge on the credit card looks like it is for my internet (which we get via Telstra on the Foxtel cable) so we never thought anything of it. Their customer service people are rude and dismissive. They are a business built on subscriptions that people forget they have. What a disgrace.
