I am so glad to have this company out of my life. I have been with Foxtel over 20 years. They do nothing but offer bad service in every respect. The signal has become non existent cannot get many of the channels I pay for it’s always pixilated or a black screen especially the free to air channels. I this company abhorrent... Feel sorry for the people who work there.
I am a long standing customer who is over $400 in credit on my account.Just tried to update my iQ2 box to an iQ3 but I'm told that I need satellite. BUT Foxtel only have cable connections in my area! So no satellite possible and Foxtel have removed On Demand and Title Search from the iQ2 boxes!!!!I can access Foxtelgo on my laptop, but I am unable to cast anything from there onto my smart TV.What a waste of money Foxtel is now. If I didn't need to pre-record commercial channels and a few Foxtel ones, I would give it all back and get a refund of my $400. Very dissatisfied customer@
I was one day late in cancelling my payment. One. Any reasonable service would grant a refund, especially considering I hadn't actually used it, but not foxtel. Amazon fully refunds you even if you cancel several days after renewal, I have my issues with them but I commend them for that. I can't believe foxtel are so greedy.
You don’t know what a Great Customer is! You don’t know what a loyal Customer is! The meaning of loyal customer is “giving or showing constant support or allegiance to a person or institution".Over 20years with foxtel.Tried to renew my contract asked what can you do for me. They informed me sweet all.Yet better deals for new customers.Just want new customers! Like there adds you paid for. Stuff looking after the loyal ones..That’s why Foxtel is losing market share. It’s now time to cancel Foxtel and subscribe to various streaming services like Netflix, Stan, Disney plus ect.Cheaper & less stress .It is a disgrace.
Been a long-term customer for over 20 years. Asked why didn't i receive some sort of loyalty discount. Their response? Review my package and remove what i don't watch to lower my price. I will be canceling and sticking to netflix and stan.
Just been on the chat line for two hours trying to resolve an issue. Got passed from one operator to another. Had to explain the same issue over and over. After two hours the session timed out with no resolution. I can’t believe how many times I repeated myself then they would leave the chat line for 10-15 minutes before coming back. Shocking service. Still have the same issue. Nothing resolved
