How do I get an F27 Entitlement Error for a series linked program that recorded the day before and the day after, but in between it's not part of my subscription? I know what the error is for and fixing it is irrelevant now but you got to wonder how it happens?
Worst customer support.Tried multiple times to reset password. Site will accept new password but then when you try to login with new password, site tells you that your details don’t match. Can’t call anyone. I feel like they try to make it so hard to get in touch. Can you ever cancel your subscription!!
I talked with rep on faults who found it easier to send a new top box than fix problems. Now I cannot even get programming or recordings. I’m now seriously thinking of changing to other sites. This has been happening for a whole month now I would love compensation .
First of all after having my account in credit for 6 months over the Christmas holiday period they suspended some services, when I paid the account I saw a $15.00 fee for non payment so I went online 4 times I asked for the $15.00 to be return and 4 time they refused so today I cancelled the service and I expect a credit but no that is not how Foxtel works, they want to bill me for another month.This company want it all there own way. I also have a corporate account that we use for news channels so I am now going to cancel that one and I will use Fetch TV for the news channels I need. This is all over a $15.00 Late Payment Fee, This company does not listen to its customer and there is no loyalty at all furthermore call centre jobs outsourced overseas, cannot understand most customer service attendants, you can sign up online but not cancel online typical News Corp/Murdoch customer theft. They are not interested in the customer just the income and not committed to satellite delivery as they have sacked 150 Sydney Technicians in relation to installs, they just want to send a box to the delivery address and hook the service up via the internet. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN...
Watch out for these theiving mongrels.After over 25 years of loyalty and account always in credit, I decided to cut off my service.I did this only days after my last billing cycle.They have now charged me a full extra month (next billing cycle) for a service that has been turned off, I don't have it anymore.They have refused to return my full credit that I took a screenshot of on the day I cancelled.So now I ask, where is Austars loyalty for their longest serving consumers???Meanwhile I'm getting at least 8 phone calls a day from their Customer Loyalty Division trying to win me back. Hahahaha.
I disconnected Foxtel over a year ago and without warning they bill my card $172 when I cannot even use their service as I don’t have enough data or a satellite dish to use. I was cut off on a call as I rang before their closing time but as soon as it stepped over I was cut off. Right at Christmas time when things are very tight with all the added costs of living, so annoyed at this company.
After many years with Foxtel, I canceled my subscription due to a lack of new content. While I was required to return the box promptly, my request for them to remove their satellite dish from my roof has been ignored, despite following up with another email.It’s disappointing that customer service seems to end once you cancel. Foxtel needs to improve how they handle former customers if they ever want to regain the business.
