Sick Of Repeats

I’m sick and tired of repeats, I have had Foxtel for well over 20 years, whilst there’s always been repeats it’s now at its absolute worst. I am finally over the consistent repeat of shows, with a full load of ads, what am I paying for?. I am finally over it.

Foxtel Customer Service Failure: Unresolved Issues

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Foxtel's customer service. After spending 40 minutes on the phone, including 20 minutes on hold, I spoke with Tony around 2 pm. I was very clear that I wanted to keep the same deal I previously had or I would disconnect my service. Tony reassured me that the deal would remain exactly the same at the same price, and this call was recorded.However, when I got home, I discovered that the recording feature on my IQ2, which was previously working, had been disconnected. This is completely unacceptable.To make matters worse, when I called back in the evening to resolve the issue, my call was abruptly disconnected because Foxtel's operating hours had ended. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing.As a very long-term customer, I expect better treatment. I need this issue rectified immediately and the recording feature on my IQ2 restored as per the agreed terms. If this isn't resolved promptly, I'll have no choice but to disconnect

Please do not use Foxtel if you have a choice. Their website said I didn’t have to return my IQ box when I cancelled so I disposed of it, then I get a $300 bill saying that I did in fact have a box I had to return. I tried to argue my point but still ended up having to pay $300…. about 6 weeks after paying I get an email from a recovery mob saying I still owe Foxtel $300 😡 absolutely horrible company to deal with unfortunately

Without a doubt the worst company I’ve ever delt with, After being loyal foxtel customers for nearly 25 years, and paying around $170/month we decided foxtel was no longer providing enough value to be worth keeping, upon ringing them to cancel, they where relentless trying to get us to stay connected they would not take no for an answer it was actually incredibly frustrating, anyways they convinced us to stay connected with a $70 a month plan to see if that suited us, we paid the money and next thing you know our foxtel service is now cancelled we can no longer use any of our boxes of foxtel go and after ringing them around 10 times trying to get this situation sorted and being given the absolute run around everytime, they eventually informed me that my box didn’t exist in the database which doesn’t make any sense whatsoever since it was working perfectly fine prior to this, during this time of tying to get this issue sorted I had daily phone calls from sales people trying to convince me to upgrade my plan and stay connected for longer meanwhile my service still wasn’t even working and I was paying for nothing, another month goes by and unfortunately $70 was paid again but the service still wasn't working so, enough was enough I rang up and demanded a refund and for my plan to be cancelled immediately, only to be told we can only issue a credit, what good is a credit when my service isn’t even working, go figure, then the real kicker I get sent a letter telling me to return my box that supposed didn’t exist in their database hence why they claim it wasn’t working and there was nothing they could do about it but all of a sudden I actually do have a box and they want it back, anyways I told them to come collect it themselves and to finish everything off nicely they sent me a letter claiming I still owed $2.50, I honestly cannot even begin to fathom how this company is still in business absolutely shocking customer service and I’m embarrassed that I was ever a customer of there’s needless to say I’ll never be one again ( I should also add when I was trying to cancel the first time they wanted to know why and I said that Netflix etc was cheaper and better and no adverts etc and their response to me is that Netflix has bad customer service compared to then so I should strongly think about sticking with Foxtel and their good customer service department, what an absolute joke that tuned out to be, absolutely fuming)

Whoever is organising the darts replays should be sacked. This person does not have a clue. The number of games not shown is absolutely ridiculous.

terrible customer service, internet has been down for a week and still no callback, no response. keep palming me off saying someone will call. disgusting service. not happy at all

worst customer service. clueless call centre staff. no internal communication. no respect for loyal customers ie 25 years! Their CEO, Delaney, has driven this company into the ground.

So overrated, canceling the service!!

- You find yourself watching the same repeat series over & over because they never add more to the series or add any new long series....- Live TV channels are never updates/changed always showing the same shows on repeat- They make you stream series off your internet to watch stuff, if you haven't pressed record whole series and wait for the new ones to be added.- The other day we had to pay to watch/rent the old horror movie Saw, to find out Stan had all the 4x Saw movies for free!!

Too many Ads

What’s with the ads before the start of streaming. Don’t we pay enough in monthly fees to now be hit with this. And why no DAZN app?
