How can foxtel have a dedicated Cricket Channel but did not invest in the ICC World Events? That is an absolute disgrace and a real shame for viewers. Now we have to pay for another service to watch all world tournaments for the next 4 years minimum. An absolute shambles of a company. The only reason I have foxtel is for the sport programming, but with the commentary line up of football being a horrendous and now the cricket has gone elsewhere, what is the point?
Foxtel is the worst company to deal with. I haven’t been a customer for over a year now and they now trying to get more money out of me for something they claim I haven’t paid for. My question is why does it take over a year and they still can’t explain to me why these charges are for? I called them and no answer from anyone but they are happy to take me to a credit corp. seriously don’t bother with foxtel it’s the worst. Just better off with Netflix or Stan or even both still be cheaper in your pocket. Wast of time. The thing is I was a customer for over 10 years and this is how they treat you after your loyalty to the brand. Go get stuffed !! Never again
How does a CEO like Patrick Delaney keep his job when foxtel has the worst reviews of any company in Australia. Had Two subscriptions with foxtel since it started but was tired of constant repeats,untold commercials,and cancelling channels,and then increasing subscription charges. The final straw was their insistence on promoting woke propaganda.Time to get a CEO with a bit of common sense.
Have been with Foxtel for over 14 years, we also have our internet through them I have found when renting movies including express release movies the downloading takes forever. After purchasing 3 express release movies for my grandchildren to watch which never managed to download, to renting movies which take forever to download and when you finally receive download complete and start watching you get a message telling buffering complete after 4mins you wonder why you are spending a ton of money each month.. would not recommend to anyone 😕
I've been with Austar and Foxtel for 28 years but now they've just went to the dogs.I had a plan for $52 per month meant to be running until july2024. A couple of months ago they sent me an email saying the prices were going up, I called them and they said they were streamlining the accounts etc and i'd need to now pay $64 per month. Anyway after a bit of discussion i foolishly agreed to it. Being a Diamond client when i called you used to get someone in Australia as a preferred client, they were great to deal with with fantastic customer service now it's a call centre in the Philippines. Any way last week i get an email saying i'm in debt and haven't paid my account. That was not correct as i'd had a direct debit for well over 20 years, then a text message saying i was behind and contact them to pay up.I called today and got someone in the Phippines who said that's correct you owe us money I told them it's not possible as i have a direct debit, no you don't she said, I told her it must have been done by them because i hadn't changed anything.The end result was she got someone to talk to me who said they could do a direct debit now. They just don't get it so after 28 years i've paid up until the end of the month and have given them and their Philippine call centre the flick, they certainly know how to lose long term clients with their terrible treatment of them, keep it up and they'll all be out of a job soon as their treatment of loyal clients and non caring attitude is appalling.
I tried to cancel a service as my 95 year old Father passed and he was the only user. He had the service for 26 years and they did everything to try and resign or not cancel. Hello, the man is dead, who the hell will watch it. So frustrating, especially the overseas call centre, they just don't understand us effectively. Now I will consider cancelling all my services .. Just hopeless, get the jobs back here to Aussies, you cheapskates.
Foxtel have finished me off today & will lose my attention & $$.They plan to change my subscription from $32 per month to $60 monthly including Sport which I DO NOT WANT!!Spent over an hour on hold listening to their crappy musicThe loyalty team offering me $37 per month now, Still cancelled as too many other better stream offers available & terrible phone service now which I told them grrrGo to hell Foxtel, you let me & many others down & no longer deserving of our business
I don't even want to give Foxtel one star. Same repeated content and terrible customer service. I was unable to cancel my plan online, you HAVE to talk to an operator to cancel and they try every trick in the book to try and retain your business. The person I spoke to was so pushy I had to tell him I'm cancelling and stop trying to get me back onside, the service is crap and I want it cancelled. Now in the process of trying to return my box and I paid for the courier return but it didn't say I needed to print a label which I'm unable to do. Called Foxtel during their normal hours but they are unable to help with my specific issue at this time. I can't believe I stayed with this company for nearly 8 years. Foxtel is just a rip off and I'm so happy that I have now moved to prime, Disney, Netflix etc!
