The worst customer experience you will ever get. Everything is outsourced overseas so everyone you speak with won’t help and you just get passed around. Wrote to the complaints department and they just transferred me without helping or resolving anything. Appalling service always from Foxtel as a long term customer. I don’t understand how they keep getting away with such appalling service
Honestly do not go there. There is much better value subscribing to Netflix and Prime and so much cheaper. Foxtel is just old repeats and nothing new. Now the next fun bit your subscription will go up with out your knowledge . And when you try to cancel the whole system is designed so you give up . They will also continue to harass you after yo leave. The most unethical company

Hi, I rang Foxtel head office this afternoon to cancel my account. The Foxtel customer service officer offered me a cheaper deal. She proceeded to say she doesn’t want a 0 rating which Foxtel must give their workers when customers wish yo leave their service. I was horrified. She still tried to convince me in staying however given her comment, I was more determined to go through and cancel my account. Not good customer service - the customer is always right. I will go a Google Review.
Foxtel is the worst service I have ever dealt with. Not able to speak to anybody locally. I had a pay run of 400 people to pay. They advise in Manila call centre they will have someone call me tomorrow This is not the first time. So many times the system drops out with no warning or back up to their customers. It is absolutely appalling I don’t know how they are still in business. At this rate not for much longer looking at the reviews!
I had a Foxtel Dish and TV installation on 18 October and a follow-up check on 23 October. The job was done by Van An and he was excellent to deal with, highly professional and did a great job. He also provided me with very helpful information on operating the remote control and the options available.
Over 2 days ago I asked to have to My Foxtel moved to a new location been with them for over 20 yrs I was treated horrible.problem never got solved the price kept going up they really need to get there act together!!! Taken away MTV I truly can say there's really nothing on their anymore!!! But there customer service is horrible who does that hangs up on a customer... still not resolved ..oh I found I got a bonus which was muti screen wow 😳 also HD sports which is useless..I'm only into NBA basketball 🏀 which hasn't started yet ... usually they would give me half price for this but no nothing very upsetting !!! I'm lawyer I going Start a class action against them looking at all the Reviews it definitely against the law in what they are doing!!! First all I have Submitted a letter to ACCC to investigate all concerns everyone is facing Next step is lawsuit for miss leading customer ...just like NRMA as just be find over 40 million plus for misleading customers ...gee whiz what crazy world we live in
