Before joining this program

Before joining this program, I was completely lost. I’d start trying to be healthier and would fall of the wagon almost immediately. I was tired a lot, couldn’t keep up with my son and just had this mental weight everyday of when is my life going to change? I was afraid that I wouldn’t stick to it especially being something that I’m paying for; and I was afraid to fail because really I had no where else to turn. I was scared it would be extremely difficult and not fit into my crazy lifestyle (toddler life!) BUT I WAS SO WRONG. I wish I would’ve started sooner. I don’t know why this program isn’t popping up everywhere but it should be! In 2 months my relationship with food has completely changed, I’m still able to eat foods that I love but I can rearrange my meal plan and still lose weight ! I’ve gone down a size & got rid of all my hobo clothes, and am finally able to keep up with my son! The best part is I don’t feel hungry or tired, my body got used to this plan probably about 2 weeks after starting but my coach Marta was so supportive and helped me get myself accustomed and I’m just so lucky to have her as my coach! I highly recommend this program, don’t even think twice. If you do what they say, you will meet your goals! If I can do it with my crazy schedule and being a SAHM to a toddler, then it’s possible!

Ecstatic about this program, the coaches and the results

I just finished the program and to say I am pleased with the results is an understatement, Ecstatic is more like it. After becoming a Vegan a few years ago with the goal of lowering my cholesterol and wanting to move away from an animal based diet, I was going it alone and having only mixed results. My cholesterol was lowering but weight loss efforts had stalled and I had begun to gain weight when my goal was to loose it. I was skeptical about "trying another thing" but decided to join the 4 month program. I am so glad that I did, I received the best vegan fitness and nutrition advice and most improtantly -I got RESULTS! My cholesterol is significantly lower and I have lost 10 lbs, gained muscle, and am fitting into clothes I haven't worn in two years. I had been in an exercise rut and now I am walking every day and going to the gym 3x a week - something I had said I would never do when starting the program. I have worked with coach Chiara and gained so much understanding about Vegan food and nutrition. As a very busy person living a full life (work, graduate school, parenting, marriage) I needed to give my goals over to Chiara and let her guide me to the results I wanted. I decided to sign on for another full year of the program because I know I will get the guidance I need and a true partner in my health, fitness and continued weight loss goals. I am so grateful to these coaches for creating this program. I would have been lost without it. I think it's important to note that never once over the four months of this program did I feel alone, stressed about wheter or not it was working or hungry. What a relief to find peace amidst such necessary and needed change. An added bonus is the way my brain, body and heart feel. I also feel aligned with successfully stepping away from eating animals and no longer contributing to a food industry that is harmful to the environment.

Beyond grateful

Beyond grateful for my experience so far in vegancoaching.com Prior to joining I had been working out fairly consistently for close to 6 months after having had 6 months off working out due to being sent to work from home. During this time I had put on some weight and I couldn't seem to shift it, I wasnt building much muscle, and I didnt want to restrict my eating the way that I had done in the past. I knew that their had to be a better way. Working with head coach Chiara I have learnt that there is a better way. I am learning how to fuel my body for the output that I expect from it. She has helped me with my mindset around not being scared to increase my calories as previously when I had worked with coaches in order to get results they had drastically reduced my calories. She has been there for me to share my experience, how I am feeling and to help me work through it and remaining my voice of reason. I am beyond grateful for the DM's that came from Fritz and his team, for him pairing me with Chiara and for the community that is vegancoaching.com I am so excited about my progress so far, the way that my body has changed, the muscle that I have built, the confidence, and the trust in myself. And I am even more excited about the things that are yet to come.

A journey in the right direction

Personal attention/onboarding and a good relationship with my trainer CF. I feel better leaner and stronger. i will continue with what i have learned thus far. my most enjoyable experience has been my gym sessions. I had to give up caffeine but after i leave the gym i feel stoked like i just finished a coffee. I feel stronger throughout the day for my job and home life.I learned new menus and menu ingredients, grew to really like tofu. i would recommend clients get a air fryer ASAP gamechanger in prep and time. TVP, seitan and Tempe are beneficial for the meals. I'm not a fan of the incorporation of the proteins powders mixed into the recipes, i drank separately. Some of the recipes need tweaked, majority of the meals are good and favorable.One of the Skoolz lessons was to create menus from the list, this would be nice for the client to be able to do on this 4mo. program. also to be able to print the recipes. i only have a small iphone and it would go to sleep when making the meals, i would have to continue to reopen and find the recipe. the App takes too long to scroll through to find recipes. Maybe i missed descriptions along the way, but a description of the stages in the program with explanations along the way would help. i think mandatory calls at least every month would be good. i know video calls can be arranged when desired.i think more day to day integration in real world meal planning should be incorporated into the 4mo program, for the cost not everyone can afford to continue your programs ideal timeline. i understand its not your business model to not have sponsors, but that could make it affordable for some.I have gained strength and definition become leaner, the journey continues. I recommend the program for folks looking to regain body function. All in all it has been a positive experience and i will take what I have learned and reach my life goals to be leaner and stronger to face life's daily challenges and adventures.

Thoughts after a few months

Before joining, I was feeling stressed and low energy and feeling insecure about my weight gain and low of strength from when I was in better shape. I was worried that the constant low energy levels were signs that more serious health problems were coming. I’m still progressing, but some of my most important wins so far have been breaking old habits, making new healthier ones that fit into my busy lifestyle in which I travel a lot. The online community, video library, and regular calls with various trainers and life coaches offer a lot of valuable material beyond the meal plans and the workout plans. After a few months of being in the program I feel like I’m still learning new benefits of the program. I feel more emotional state much more positive and energy levels much higher. I see a new foundation for significant and continued growth and progress. And it’s great meeting and interacting with new like minded people. I have had trainers in the past and have gone through phases of being fit and then out of shape. I think this program can benefit anyone at any stage of their fitness journey. Overall I definitely recommend.

My experience over the last 2 months…

My experience over the last 2 months working with coach Nathan and the community have been nothing short of exceptional. Before joining I had been vegan for 3 years and have been constantly yo-yo dieting. Up and down 30 lbs every year because the way I was dieting was “crash” dieting and unsustainable. I joined the community weighing 173lbs and after 8 weeks have lost 13.2lbs without having to change my routine. Starting off with customized macronutrient targets and a meal plan helped get me on the path to more flexibility in my eating as well. It’s allowed me to stay social and still have fun with friends, while continuing to strive for my goals. I’d 100% recommend speaking with the team and learning more about how they can help you improve your life!

Why didn't I do this SOONER!?

At the time of joining this program, I had just turned 40 years old, and although I've been Vegan since 2012, and working out daily since 2018, as well as "Alcohol free" for 4+ years…. I was feeling just awful!I was experiencing extreme bloating, and GI discomfort, embarrassing gas, weight gain, and a general feeling of exhaustion. I felt like I was doing all the “right things” but instead of being a picture of good health, I was anything but. I'm an extremely busy working Professional, I own and run my own business, and I work in a very intense industry that involves very long hours, travel, and being surrounded by the temptations of unhealthy food and snacks all day long. When I look around me at work, most of my colleagues are overweight, if not obese, and have all kinds of health problems. I know its a product of the lifestyle that comes with the job, and I just REFUSE to end up like that. I see the little daily habits of those people, and I know I have to do something different, if i want different results.When I made the decision to join this program, I was very hesitant to let go of my attachment to my current routines, and try something “new” because I had no idea if it would “work” - It was hard to admit to myself that the Workouts, Supplements and eating habits that I've made a part of my daily life, and part of my identity, just were not working for me. I had to get to a point where I was willing to try anything, even if it meant forgetting everything I thought I knew, and starting over.I made the decision to "TRUST THE PROCESS" no matter what.I saw results immediately, from within the 1st week of starting the program, as I got on the strict meal plan, and followed it religiously, and tracked everything! The pounds just kept coming off slowly and consistently. I'm now 8-weeks into the program and I've already lost 12 lbs! My overall goal was to lose 20lbs of body fat, so Im well on track to achieve that in the next 8 weeks. I have gotten so much stronger from the progressive overload training style, and Im shocked at how Im able to lift heavier every single week. Im really starting to look more toned, and can even see muscle definition in my arms, and finally… in my abs! When my coach sends me my side-by-side photo comparison after each check-in, Im amazed at the difference that Ive made in just 8 weeks of eating the correct calories and macros for my goals… I'm like WHY didn’t I do this years ago!Losing 12 lbs and slimming down, to where I feel good in my clothes has made me feel so much more confident and happier, and has improved my relationship with myself, and others. I definitely feel much healthier, my skin is glowing, and people are telling me I look younger! I also feel much more confident in proudly announcing that I'm Vegan, when people say “you look so good/healthy/fit - what’s your secret?” - Duh! I'm Vegan! I feel like my appearance is finally aligned with my values and principles, as the healthy fit vegan I want to be. I also feel so empowered to make the best choices for myself, and not being dragged into whatever “everyone else is doing” - I've gotten so good at saying NO; to plans that don’t support my goals, to unhealthy snacks and food that is offered to me, and I don’t care about being high maintenance, or “extra” or “next level” when I make special requests for things to make sure Im set up for success when I have to travel, or I'm at work.It feels GOOD to be different to everyone “else”I would HIGHLY recommend going Vegan, and joining this program. Working 1:1 with my amazing coach Chiara Squinzi, I have already learned so much valuable information that has changed my life, and Im sure will continue to have an impact as I apply the principles Ive leaned throughout my future.

The key to long term life changes

I have joined the program end of 2022 after struggling with my own weight for years. I gained a few kilos and I really did not know how to lose them without falling back into eating disorders or crazy restrictive diets i could find on-line and adapt to veganism (typically by removing a lot of ingredients). I really wanted to understand nutrition and balance my macros to eat appropriately and nourish my body with the right nutrients. Weight loss was not even a focus, real long-term health was my why. I found an incredible community of people on the same path, of coaches willing to help anyone, and a rock-solid methodology I could stick to immediately. I am an avid learner and, in the group, I could find all the informations and notions I needed to be able to manage my life from now on. I have the keys to stay healthy and a network of friends I can reach out to. Sometimes we feel lonely in our problems, be seen and be understood makes a hell of a difference. Alone we can go fast (and burn ourselves out), together we can go further away.

From skinny vegan to fit vegan

I had been vegan for a few years, but I still didn't feel toned or in shape. I saw Fritz' social media post about how he used to be a skinny vegan and was able to transition to being a fit vegan. I was intrigued so I started working with the program. My personal coach Chazz was a life changer for me! He was available 24/7 to answer any questions I had about the meal plan, workouts, etc. He was so proactive and encouraging in his approach and I could tell he truly cares about my progress. Overall, I have learned how to make some changes to my diet and my fitness regime to help me build muscle and feel so much more energetic! Thanks Fritz, Chazz and team!!
