Excellent*****

Best "shopping trolley" ever. Super resistant and light to carry - tried with 36L shopping. I definitely recommend it!

Thumbs up for this self assembly Cycle Shed.

Thumbs up for this self assembly Cycle Shed from Garden Sactuary.I was fully satisfied with the flat pack self-assembled cycle shed. The packaging, product quality and appearance were excellent. The numerous structural parts, brackets, hinges and panels were well labelled with an adequate overage of fixing screws. Assembly time was more realistically 8 hours than 2 for this 2-person job. You’ll definitely need an electric screwdriver. Close attention to detail was needed in aligning pre drilled holes and the assembly instructions could have been more descriptive in that regard. The instructions stated that door alignment was adjustable by loosening the corner brackets on the assembled frame, but I found limited movement there.Couple of issues arose.I installed the horizontal support tube for the hinges the wrong way round, but overcame that problem by drilling a few additional holes for the hinges and self-tapping fixing screws. Also, the hydraulic arms/gas rods which hold the roof open need to be pumped up and down before assembly, I had to contact Garden Sanctuary (very helpful) customer support team for their advice, but after pumping the arms they functioned freely and effortlessly. Again, assembly instructions could have been more descriptive. But in summary, I found this Garden Sanctuary cycle shed to be a superior product for the price.Alan Fleming

I was very happy with the shed

I was very happy with the shed. Well made and fitted together well. The instruction booklet looked intimidating but my helper is an engineer. There was one problem. The doorposts didn't seem to fit the pre drilled holes. But then we worked out we had to loosen the panels of the front wall and slip the door posts in. I understand the need for instructions to be multinational but notes for a local language market would be cheap and useful. The time for assembly -2-3 hours was very optimistic. What I hadn't realised is the sort of base required. I had to get someone to make a concrete base and it cost more than the shed. That might be mentioned in the advertising. The shed was good value for money . I now have to find a way store hand tools as in the pictures.Thank you

Beware if you live in Remote areas

I live in the Highlands and so obviously checked the delivery information. It said to check with them as there may be an additional charge so I emailed, gave my postcode and what I wanted to order and was told by "Minnie" in customer services that the charge was £4.95. Brilliant, I placed my order. Then 2 days letter I gets an email from "Chloe" saying I have to pay an extra £15 (which makes £19.95 total for postage). I pointed out that I already checked and was told £4.95 so explain themselves. Today (it takes 24 hours to get a response) I was told "I'm sorry that my colleague may not understand it very well." I have paid the extra because I need the items but this is a Trading Standards issue (hidden cost). The emails also come it ridiculous o'clock and have chinese characters in the date etc.Update - they refunded my £15 extra which is very nice of them and the items arrived today, just shy of 2 weeks from ordering (although I had to chase them 3 or 4 times to find out when they would dispatch). I'm very confused why I had to pay extra for the Highlands delivery anyway as they sent them Parcel Force - they don't charge extra for Highlands & Islands! The company sends everything from a warehouse in this country and is most definitely a chinese company (I searched the warehouse and got the company info) so if you use them be prepared for middle of the night emails with odd grammar and very British names lol! I haven't unpacked the items yet but the boxes arrived in good condition. I probably wouldn't use the company again given this experience but I am grateful for the £15 refund (which came faster than the items!!).

Worrying experience so far

Worrying experience so far. Ordered a costly large storage box which the delivery company has failed 3 times to deliver. Delivery co has a telephone number that is never picked up and I now realise Garden Sanctuary is online only and offers no human telephone contact. It’s feeling very remote and i have lost confidence. I don’t think I’ve been scammed - I hope not - but the lack of ability to make contact with both companies in person is unsettling.
