Super table!We love a circular table and this lovely garden table hit the spot and is big enough to sit 4 comfortably. The black glass top is absolutely beautiful and reflects the sky which is an added bonus ! We have already enjoyed a few sunny lunches and afternoon coffees at our new table..it is great value for moneyVery sturdy and beautiful. Form and function!
stay away from this company . ordered goods from them thru B&Q . items did not arrive so contacted them only to be told items will arrive almost 2 months from date of order instead of the promised 3 to 4 day delivery at time of order .. when you buy off these they get the stuff sent direct from china ... they lie and lie to customers ..
Great plastic storage shedA reasonable priced grey plastic shed that was fairly easy to put together and feels stronger than I thought it would, plus I love the dark grey colour wood grain effect. The service and delivery was excellent. I’m very pleased with this purchase and will definitely recommendThanks
Appalling company with no communication between staff in customer services or Evri, Their Delivery Parcel Firm.Server conveniently offline much of the time but seems to work during the night, judging by timing of Customer service emails. Contact email frequently won't send and no customer contact phone number.Am going to contact credit card company to cancel payment to them for goods ordered and refused to accept when finally delivered, which was uploaded to Evri immediately by Delivery driver, who was, at least, a rare, conscientious driver who didn't just dump Delivery on doorstep and run after taking photo.Told Evri and Garden Sanctuary to cancel Delivery as, far better, supplier on ebay with 99.7% positive reviews actually delivered alternative goods, which are excellent quality, two days earlier than stated on order.Have had to send Cease & Desist message to them to stop hassling me with messages asking how I liked the goods that I rejected. Have wasted far too much of my time attempting to get refund from Garden Sanctuary. Don't go near them with a Bargepole.
Bought a £410 metal shed from Garden Sanctuary via Robert Dyas. The shed has leaked badly from day one, despite it being constructed precisely to the manufacturers specification. I have provided video and photo evidence and they have admitted liability but are only willing to offer £80 compensation. I have spent two days constructing this shed and now will have to spend yet more time and money making it weathertight. I would advise any potential shoppers to avoid this company as their products are not fit for purpose.
Order returned after 11 days – unacceptable serviceI ordered a sink on 30th June. On 5th July, they promised delivery for the next day – it never arrived. Only on 11th July did they inform me that the product wouldn’t be delivered at all.Or I order again or I will be refund. ask for a refund today no answer until now.I lost 11 days waiting for nothing, delaying the opening of my business and causing real financial damage. Customer support is extremely slow and unhelpful.Unreliable company. I would not recommend them to anyone.
