Review Time
I ordered a canopy and had a problem with the perspex and I contacted Garden Sanctuary who provided me with some options to rectify the problem. They sent me a new order and always communicated with me which made the whole experience of working with them very positive. I would buy from them again.
Excellent outdoor storage boxThis storage box is superbly stylish for an outdoor storage box with a massive capacity and holds all our outdoor cushions/ beach / holiday gear plus outdoor boots and shoes. It frees up my small conservatory. However be warned….my husband and son were daunted on seeing the seemingly hundreds of tiny self tapping screws and nuts and bolts. However they set to with a will. Oh my oh my what a sight they were. Each metal side, top and bottom were in a shrink wrap type cling film. This simply would not pull off in reasonable lengths except for the odd occasion when a cheer went up. I went out to help as it was raining so we all sat on the floor in the rain for 2 hours- I kid you not. My son cut his finger that bled profusely and my husband cut his hand that didn’t bleed so much. I gave up as small strips pulled away to 3ins tailoring off to a fine point. I even wondered if the film should be left on as part of the weather resistance but husband and son said not. They persevered and the box is a smart as a piece of furniture and the shiplap echoed the cladding on my home very well indeed. I can heartily recommend this box but paid my son £60 in recompense for his trouble lol 😂 He says he will never put another one together - oh and by the way, a small battery powered drill is a must or they would have taken all afternoon I reckon.
Regardless of the negative views, overall I think this company are good! I ordered a bike shed over the Xmas break, ordering and payment were easy, as you'd expect, the only negative is I didn't recieve any updates as to where the parcel was in the shipping process, nor did the courier service update things there end. I recieved my package a week after ordering (which was over the Xmas break) which is really impressive. The goods recieved were built to a good standard, however upon checking all parts (alot of parts) I noticed I was missing 4 struts. I emailed Customer Service and they were very helpful and had the missing parts shipped over to me as high priority. The shed itself was tricky to erect, and advise to read the instructions prior to building as it offers some useful tips and recommended PPE. Overall a good experience, would I order from them again....Yes. Would I recommend them.....Yes. I would of gave 5 stars if all parts were within the actual package, I recommend that the company carryout some form of quality check prior to shipping to ensure all parts needed are within the package being sent.
