Purchased what looked as a lovely piece of furniture an inside electric fire with surround. It arrived with faults and missing parts. Contacted them on an email for the fourth time with no help at all. They keep asking for a video of the faulty lights that do not come on the and missing logs also. I’m not sure how they expect to video these two problems. I will seek advice now through my payment. Do not purchase from these people they are not helpful or bothered once they have your money.
Terrible service. Ordered fence panels which didn’t fit in standard fence posts. Requested a return the day after delivery. Was asked to send video of the issue, told I could attach wood to make the fence panels fit, waited 8 weeks for them to accept a return, during which time I had to store 8 fence panels. Oh and was charged £85 to return which after submitting a complaint was reduced to £50. Used this company through B&Q. Numerous emails to B&Q and this company before any resolution. Do not use.
