Ordered a garden gate, it's made from soft matchstick wood, wouldn't survive breath of wind? Cheap and nasty? Asked for collection and refund and like previous customer's they want us to pay return? Gate is not fit for purpose, not as advertised? I'm taking this further Do not touch this company ???
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANYI ordered a Aluminium Framed Greenhouse in November for a Christmas Present.We spent two days trying to build the product and realised quite quickly that the materials were flimsy (and dangerous) and the build quality, extremely poor. We found the manual quite difficult to follow and many of the elements would not stay together. However, we did follow the steps but unfortunately the frame collapsed - weather conditions were perfect at the time with no breeze. By the time we came to erect the Greenhouse, the 30 day period of return had been exceeded and Garden Sanctuary were not prepared to accept the product back but only offered a £20 refund.I paid £284 for something which has now been taken to the tip.
NO updates, NO Customer ServiceTo start with, Gmail automatically put the order into spam (not the seller's fault), however we did not get any updates for the delivery. Luckily it arrived right before I was leaving home for work, otherwise it'd be a nightmare to rearrange.The product was usable but not exactly what we expected based on the pictures, so we have been trying to check (not arrange) a return method. The return method was not mentioned in the order confirmation email nor with clear steps on their website. We contacted customer service THREE times, even though their website says 'reply within 48 hours', it's been a week and NOTHING.So far terrible experience, and we might have to keep the product that we are not 100% satisfied with.
Bought a Indoor/outdoor Water feature as a gift. Set up Christmas day in a glass room, the feature spurted water over the floor when turned on, and also leaked at the base. Contacted the company, no initial response then a request to send a video illustrating the fault.A video was sent as requested but no reply?So..at present just waiting before I contact Trading Standards. Wish I'd also read reviews before purchasing.
