I initially had an issue with delivery (which is common with all delivery companies and my address) I contacted them with no details as my email had been hacked and I had lost them all. They found my order from my email and honestly couldn't have been anymore helpful. Sent me out a second bike shed which arrived within 2 days and then followed up with emails to check the items arrival and if I was happy with everything. The lady was so helpful (like some olden days customer service) and she went above and beyond to rectify the initial error (which was the delivery companies not theirs!) Really happy and an absolute bargain of a bike shed!
poor customer service, item was delivered late, some pathetic excuse about yodel not picking it up, contacted them by email and worked out they are chinese drop shippers and only have offices and administration in china, so if you have a problem expect an email about 3ambe vary wary of this company like all the other reviews they are not very good at communicating
Useless service, avoid! Ordered a bike shed on 19.07.23 which was not delivered. When I chased it up I was told it was with courier and given a link to the couriers website tracking, where the item was shown as “at depot.”It remained at that status from 02.08 to 09.08, despite me chasing the vendor daily.Then today 09.08 I’m told the item is being returned by the courier to the vendor, that the item is now out of stock until at least 25.08.23 and did I want to wait.Based on the current level of service I declined and raised a PayPal dispute, as that was my payment method.Seems this company just holds your payment for a month and delivers nothing!
Ordering from Garden Sanctuary just isn't worth the effort. It's stated that the order would be dispatched 24-48 hours after the order was made, which I didn't receive. I tried to call with no answer. I then e-mailed to receive a reply the following day saying that my payment was fraudulent and to supply a screenshot proving payment, which I did. The next day, I had an e-mail saying that this solved the issue and that the product would be dispatched within 24-48 hours again.A few days past and nothing arrived, nor did I get any more emails regarding the order. After finding the same product cheaper from a more reputable supplier, I asked to cancel my order only to receive an e-mail saying that my order was dispatched after the previous correspondence. This was a lie, as the tracking details stated that the dispatch was made after I requested to cancel the order.The product arrived and I assembled it only to be hugely disappointed with the quality. There were manufacturing defects which meant that it didn't work as suggested by Garden Sanctuary's website. Since, I have disassembled the product and disposed, as Garden Sanctuary doesn't accept return of opened goods.Three weeks after receiving the product, I then received a call from Garden Sanctuary asking for proof of payment again, with the operator having no knowledge of what happened prior.Just don't order from Garden Sanctuary. It's easier to go anywhere else.
I ordered a portable barbecue for an upcoming camping trip. The order was confirmed as "Charcoal grill 68cm folding portable outdoor BBQ x 1." The description clearly shows the dimensions as 66cm x 34cm.The product that arrived was obviously a smaller version of the same product, measuring (according to the box) 48cm x 31cm. This was therefore about two thirds the size of the one I ordered and therefore not suitable.I should have read the small print and seen that they do not cover return postage under any circumstances.I should not be expected to pay postage to return an item sent by them in error. I have tried calling and emailing to give them the chance to put the matter right. They do not answer phones. There is an automated message saying that they will call back.it is now a week since I emailed and left a message. Only another week before I go camping and I have heard nothing.This level of service is not acceptable.
This company is a scam, they are also using an incompetent courier company XPD who are awful. I ordered a bike shed for £250 then asked to cancel it straight away but noone ever answers their phone, just goes to voicemail but noone calls you back. Finally I got a response by email 2 days later and they said to reject the delivery but the courier dumped it on the door step despite noone being in. It was a huge package and could have been stolen!Garden Sanctuary agreed to organise another courier to return it but every time they supposedly organise a courier, noone comes! I also have no tracking number! This has happened 4 times. Total scam! I've tried contacting the courier company to find out what is going on but they will only speak to Garden Sanctuary so I'm not sure who is worse. I get emails from them at 3am so they are clearly not in Manchester as advertised. I've asked to make a complaint but that is ignored.Unless I get a refund, I will be reporting them to Trading Standards. Do not use this company!Also this company has two profiles, there are more negative reviews on the other one. I wonder why they have started a new one?
