Got scammed by Giglio, bought a 900€ pair of shoes that made me bleed and the material was scratched after only one use which is unacceptable at this price point, Giglio refused to refund for the exact same reason I returned the shoes, and forces me to pay again to ship back the product, worst experience, buy somewhere else.
Today I received a refund for a defective scarf MAX MARA in less than what I paid!This is the first time I have encountered such value and disrespect for a client.I bought a scarf MAX MARA from you that was a Christmas present. As a result, you delayed the delivery around a month, I couldn’t give the scarf for Christmas. The scarf arrived defective! I didn’t have a scarf or money for a month!According to your rules, I paid for the delivery of a defective item?I usually place orders on websites of branded items that have a high reputation. I can't imagine something like this could happen. There is always a quick refund to the client in full of the money spent.My shopping experience at Giglio.com is the worst. Ruined Christmas mood, order delayed for several weeks, defective scarf MAX MARA and not a full refund!
This was my second order with Giglio. Delayed shipping with it being Christmas and New Year holidays but this is to be expected. Fully trackable with FedEx. CP Company's online store, among others based in Great Britain, no longer delivers to Northern Ireland so I am glad Giglio still deliver here
I ordered on 09 December 2024.Shipped 17 December 2024.And since 19 December 2024 my order held on december because export documention is incomplete or missing. I have tried to contact you many times but the only answer is that we have forwarded the matter to the relevant department. It has been 1 month and my product is still on hold.Last time I wrote to cancel my order, I don't need it anymore, refund the payment. In general, no one answered. Just horror. BE CAREFUL!!!!!! They did not do a pre-authorised pay, they took the full payment. I received NO refund. It's been THREE weeks and the only response is check your bank. The bank did not have any pre-authorised pay from Giglio. I want my payment back, no more talk to your bank, it is under report that your company may be Fraud. I cancelled before shipment, where is my money?
