Review Time
I have ordered from Giglio.com three times already, and the process has always been super easy. While shipping times could improve, it hasn’t been an issue for me. Their customer service is fast and efficient—grazie, Umberto! Super happy with my experience and will definitely continue to purchase.
I had a great experience buying with Giglio.com for the first time, Bought some boots but there was a small delay to ship but they clarified by e-mail right away of why. After they shipped they arrived in a timely manner and the box was still in good shape though there could've been a bit more cushioning as that the boot box was slightly damaged. But otherwise it was good. I will buy with Giglio.com again should there be another opportunity. They have some of the best pricing!
This company is such a disappointment. I made two orders days apart from each other (#1926851 & #1927161) Both orders were charged to my CC (or at least said pending), I received no shipping or tracking info for either. I contacted the company to inquire and haven't heard back, then see that the first charge disappeared from my CC transaction history even though the item I purchased is still being sold on their site (but now for more money than what it was when I initially purchased it), and I guess the same thing will happen with my second item. I don't suggest buying from here.
Most of the reviews are terrible, yet they have 86% of 5-star ratings. This is extremely suspicious. I have placed an order with them. It says it will ship as soon as I'm charged. I was charged the amount, yet there is no shippment. If you live in the EU, you can press charges for online fraud very easily...which I will do based on all these reviews here and my own experience.
I placed an order last Sunday, ordering a pair of D&G sandals. After two days, I placed another order including a Fendi bag (€1140!). All pf a sudden I received an e-mail that my order was cancelled. I have seen a lot of bad reviews pointing this out, but I didn’t want to believe them. So I calles to make sure my bag would at least arrive. They are not even able to tell me if the bag is in stock yes/no. They are comforting me with ‘it should be there. We will send you an e-mail’ but that’s not the answer I am waiting for. Why advertising with sale items if you are going to cancel them anyway. On the same day I have ordered Fendi sneakers somewhere else and they sent them out the same day! I will for sure not return to giglio even though I have seen a lot of nice things, which are not cheap. You are losing customers this way. Edit; the bag got cancelled as well. Don’t even bother to order on this crappy website. They are advertising with sales and good prices but in the end they don’t even send things out. Save your coins and go to the direct designer stores and buy yourself what you want.
