Review Time
Over a week and a half for delivery. Customer support didn't help at all after 20mins of waiting to finally get to a rep. They are telling me the estimated delivery is longer then I paid for. They need to stop operating till they can fix all of these.
WORST DELIVERY COMPANY IN THE WORLD! I have spoken to customer service ten times now, given very specific instructions on delivery, and the delivery person has not notified me in any way shape or form that they have arrived at my apartment complex. The delivery people are incapable of delivering packages. Will never use again.
The drivers are fine but the logistics suck...once they mis track anything, it's an empty bin. customer support chat, times out over and over for days on end... If they say they are escalating the issue, don't bet on it. Email contact actually did respond but was useless other than actually almost admitting they lost it.
Absolutely the worst shipping and logistics company on the planet. Marked delayed by the driver for the third day in a row. Chatting solved nothing through their online portal. I call in and still no help. They deliberately dance around questions and refuse to tell you where it is, nor will they meh me come pick it up, and now I’m told if it isn’t delivered by the 15th I can file a claim (this is two weeks after it shipped out). I think it’s clear this has been stolen. How do these circus clowns stay in business at all?
I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN! Liar Liar Liar! These guys are F!^%ing liars!They claim that they ship things? They actually sell BS! Actually they don't even deliver that because they would actually have to show up to do that! My first mistake was ever dealing with Element Vape! The second was when I agreed to do business with GLS and pay for express shipping! Yesterday they claimed that they tried to deliver my parcel...I live in a digital fortress. I don't have a doorbell. You have to stand in front of a camera and call...I didn't tell them about the camera..Just call me there is no doorbell! They didn't call me and just sent a email saying that they tried to deliver and couldn't make contact...Well, I checked the camera last night and they never even pulled in the parking lot let alone came to the door!
I ordered products and they were shipped through gls I sat outside my front door waiting for my package from 11am to 1:50pm I checked my tracking update and it said there was a failed attempt for delivery at 1:25pm i never saw anyone try to deliver anything I called gls customer service and gave them the tracking number that was given to me he said it was incorrect and looked up my order through my address, the guy said yes it says there was a delivery today and it was a failed attempt. I told him I never saw anybody come to my door I was sitting right outside of it. He said they dont reschedule for same day delivery that I would A have to pick it up in Vegas tomorrow or B schedule to have the delivery come tomorrow. By this time it was 20 mins past the time they said there was a failed delivery attempt. They didnt try to call my phone, or text or email. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company.
There is a seller I order from that uses GLS for delivery as a signature is required. I wish there were other options because I have had nothing but trouble with their deliveries. Once I had them open the package. Another few times I've had them say a package was delivered when it wasn't. Recently I had them walk up to the door and leave while I was home and they reported no adult available and are currently holding my package hostage. I was home - they just did not knock or ring the doorbell. Now I have no package and may have to find another way to get my order and dispute the original order with the credit card company.
