One star is too good for this company

One star is too good for this company Do Not use, customer is horrible, web site says that they pick up daily , customer service says they pick up maybe once a week, they have no idea where my package is, I have a tracking but child does that do, now my package is no where to be found and they do not care , The sender tried calling with no results, so if are a company wishing to stay in business find a better shipping then this one, unbelievable how calm they about your package no empathy. Be smart stay away from this company

Never use, especially if it requires a signature

I was given a gift that requires a signature but the company uses GLS for deliveries.I work during the day and knew this would be an issue so I contacted GLS and requested a time slot that would work. The driver came 4 hours earlier anyway.This process repeated for days. The third time I was told it had even been brought to and approved by a supervisor, so on that trip the driver didn't come at all!

Terrible Delivery Service

If I could give one star, I would. This is a terrible shipping company, they do not tell you when packages get cancelled, or re directed, and if the package gets redirected, out of your control, they make the receiver pay. This company should go out of business, the support chat is terrible and unreliable, it does not answer questions accurately or rely information properly. Whoever uses these delivery service needs to stop, your customers will stop buying from you, because of this company. DO NOT USE DLS, DO NOT

I would give them a -10 for their efforts

I would give them a -10 for their services. We are experiencing our second bogus delivery by them in three weeks. Each time they documented they delivered the package with a signature of the recipient, yet we were hoe at the delivery time, yet no one came to our door or delivered the package to our home.Each time we have registered complaints and their response was slow for the first issue and the second issue has still not been even answered by them in the 72 hours since our first call. they are not competent, not professional and their drivers are driving what looks like personal vehicles. USE ANYONE ELSE!!!!!!

Wish i could rate lower!!

Wish i could rate lower!!! They apparently delivered my package and got my signature, but i was at work. I checked the security cameras and they didn’t even deliver! The costumer service was HORRIBLE. They don’t get back at you, they don’t answer the phone, they don’t answer the chat. I still don’t know where my package is. If you need to order something, be careful and DO NOT use them.

Can’t I give ZERO stars??

Can’t I give ZERO stars??They are horrible. Forced me to stay home two days waiting for a box which needed a signature. Promised to update me. Never did. DO NOT USE THEM!

Poor Customer Service

Delivery was attempted during work hours on Friday. When I called customer support, they said they don’t guarantee a call or prior notification before delivery and that another attempt would be made on Monday. Today, Saturday at 11:46am, another attempt was made where the delivery driver waited for only 50 seconds before leaving. It took me less than 30 seconds to put on pants and walk outside to the unmarked van to try and get my package. I knocked on the window, and the gentleman got out of the van to tell me he had already marked the package as ‘non-response’ and that I'd have to wait until Monday! I was standing less than 3 feet away from my package! I am going to call the company I ordered from to stop using GLS. This is beyond ridiculous.
