I would have rated 0 stars if that was an option. I had 2 different shipments from ThreadUp that were delivered to someone else. I looked at tracking, it said delivered and in the picture it was an unfamiliar building, and my package by someone else's door. I wouldn't even know where to look for it. Well, two months late I placed another order. I couldn't believe that one was also delivered somewhere else. Delivery stamp has a different town, like 15 miles away, and this time, my package was sitting on a table in some room. It said signed by the front office. There is no office at my residence, so who knows where they delivered. It's very frustrating. Their chat and customer service phone message didn't go beyond the menu options. Can't reach anyone. 2 packages lost. How this company is still in business?!
Is there a zero point zero rating. Lost a one of kind made in Italy cost over $7,200. had emails with CEO Karl Pfaff back and forth. Bottom line was to be taken care of and never was. Sent me a check for $100 saying we did not insure. I sent over $8,000 per month with GLS and this is how i am rewarded? do not use this company.
I was supposed to have a delivery on 06/09/2025. At 4:42 it says they tried to deliver but nobody was home. I work from home, I am always home. They didnt knock or ring a door bell. There wasnt even a note on my door saying i missed a delivery. I tried to do a "chat" but there was no agents so i called. They changed my delivery to the next day from 8-12. At 12, I did another click to chat and was told someone would email me with an update. At 230, I called and they said oh it was never loaded onto the vehicle. We will schedule for 06/11 from 8-12. Its now 2PM and I have called three times. One of the agents even told me they lied to me when they said window was 8-12. While I work from home, it doesnt mean I dont have things I need to do.
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with Lauren. I reached out after our customer was told their order couldn’t be delivered due to missing information. Despite the customer already contacting support, the delivery still failed. When I followed up, I was told the driver needed a gate code.Instead of checking if the customer had already provided it, I was told to just go back and ask—despite the fact that the customer was already frustrated. I asked again if there were any notes in the system, and only after additional prompting did Lauren finally check and locate the code.When I raised concerns about how the situation was handled, I received a snarky and dismissive response. The lack of initiative and poor attitude made for a truly unacceptable experience.
Ordered an expensive jacket from nfl shop and it was out delivery for 4 days. Never got and just disappeared into space or someone’s closet, who knows. I can’t even find a customer service number to call. Thankfully I got a replacement from nfl shop but this company is lame.so if you see this is who will be delivering your package, start getting all your numbers ready because you’re gonna have to make calls soon for a missing package.
If you are shopping from someone that uses these guys - shop elsewhere. The worst company to ship anything around. Customer service is ZERO. No matter how many times you call to ask for any information - ALL they are told to do is to tell you that they will talk to their "operations team" and they will send you an update. Which you will NEVER get. No amount of pleading will let you speak to anyone else. You can make a thousand calls but every single customer service rep will say that exact same thing. No results, no communication, no updates. Frustrating is an understatement. These guys are horrible with the most EASIEST customer service jobs in the world.
Worst logistics company ever; they hold onto your items or keep it in their possession. I bought something from Zara and they failed to deliver it, failed to reply to emails and chat messages, there are no available chat customer service reps available, and they automatically close out the chat. They intentionally withheld my package for over a week with no schedule delivery date after it reached the HQ in my city.
This company might be the worst delivery service in the world!!!! I have reached out numerous times and they keep saying it’s out for delivery. It’s on its 4th day of “being out for delivery” I reached out to Zara and they have correct address. GLS says it has correct address but then today it says that it can’t be delivered bc it’s the wrong zip code. WTF?!? If you are a legit company and want your customers to receive packages on time do not use this company. It’s absolutely awful!!! I sent them an email so I am sure I will receive that it’s out for delivery. Hahaha what a joke!
I have tried several ties to contact customer support, both via the web site and by phone. Have yet to hear back from the company.I have an order I placed with a seller on Amazon that shipped the order with GLS in California, I live in Florida; and have been trying to find out what company will be making the actual delivery. Along with if a signature will be required.One other thing, half of the time when I check the tracking site, I receive the message that the tracking number is invalid. When I do manage to get the site to accept the tracking number, the site does not show if my order has even left California yet.I have no idea why the seller is using GLS, as they are taking upwards of two weeks to ship an order from California to Florida. Even USPS or UPS is not that slow.
