Do not use this piece of shit company. They do not give a crap. Like if you feel fed ex, UPS, or USP

Awful company. Awful customer service. Driver tried to deliver a package to the side of the building and they were directed to go to the front. They immediately left (I have this on video). Shortly after I called back and they would deliver the following Friday. The driver did the EXACT same thing. Directed to go to the front and now I lost out on a very important package.GLS US tracking number: BFS1798120925

"That's probably why they hung up on you"

This is the absolute worst courier service I have ever encountered. I had a package that was supposed to arrive yesterday 12/3/25, but because my apartment complex requires a door code the driver just left. The website doesn't have an option to supply a door code, neither did the company I actually ordered from, so I had no way to provide the door code. Had I not happened to check my email, I wouldn't even know the delivery attempt was made. Since then, I have been lied to by customer service, promised phone calls, and hung up on by customer service. No one can give me an answer on where my package is. According to the tracking info it's sitting up in Denver, according to the first customer service agent today it is set to go out for delivery today (despite that call taking place at 2:00pm) and according to 3 out of the 4 customer service agents, all of this has already been sent to operations and they should be calling me back any minute now. GLS has completely failed at the primary purpose of their job, delivering packages, and they have performed even worse at customer service with the fourth customer service agent actually saying "that's probably why they hung up on you" after she spoke over me, kept repeating irrelevant information, and was just down right disrespectful.

Absolutely the worst "delivery" company…

Absolutely the worst "delivery" company in the area. First shipment back in Aug 2025 was a day late and only delivered at ten p m with the box being thrown into my driveway after multiple calls. Perishable items were inside that had to be thrown in the garbage. Second delivery waa shown as delivered, but the delivery picture was not my house. The very nice person who did get delivery of my box lived six miles away, brought the box to me. Nothing similar between our addresses.Several phone calls were made talking to different agents. Nothing's ever done. But they make a lot of promises about follow up and expediting the issue. Don't use these people!!! HORRID!!

Don’t bother using GLS-us.com. They have the worst customer service, and thier representatives don’t even care about if you get your package or not. They don’t provide any useful information, or help with concerns. I’m not sure why H&M even used them. I have been calling and no one can give me any answers

Drivers are constantly changing. They don't have permanent vehicles. Chaos and delays with cargo. It's a bloody company, I'm tired of them.

Worst shipper I've ever dealt with

Worst shipper I've ever dealt with. I am waiting at home all day for a Saturday shipment which was requested by the shipper because I paid for the fast delivery. Their website says they do Saturday shipments on Saturday by request only. My tracking # tells me it's getting delivered today. I see my tracking update saying the package is in kent at 8am. It's almost 4 now so I try to get a hold of customer service. I try the chat option which is supposed to be the fastest way, I got no one on the line 4 different attempts to chat with someone. So I call them since they are open till 4pm and I'm on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally get a representative on the phone and they tell me that it's not getting shipped today even though it was requested by the shipper, my tracking # reflects this saying Saturday delivery. They tell me only certain shipping centers deliver on Saturday. So if the shipper requested a Saturday delivery why would it not go to a center that delivers on Saturday when all my tracking updates say Saturday. I have to sign for the package and wasted my day sitting around for a package that was never coming.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

THEY DELIVER ITEMS OVER THE WINDOW HOUR. THEY NEVER GET BACK TO YOU WHEN YOU WANT THEM TO FOLLOW THROUGH THE SITUATION. THEY DONT HAVE SUPERVISORS TO HELP MANAGE THE PROBLEM WITH IT ARISES. THEY HAVE YOUNG KIDS ANSWERING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS THAT ARE UNAVAILABLE TO BE HELPFUL, THEY SOUND LIKE THEY ARE HIGH ALL THE TIME.MY CUSTOMER SERVICE REP:CARLOS WAS NOT HELPFUL WHATSOEVER.

Seriously?

This is absolutely ridiculous. 1. They delivered on the very specific day that we requested they NOT deliver on even though your representative had told us it had been moved to Thursday. 2. The delivery was NOT SIGNE FOR and since this was alcohol, There was a legal requirement to deliver it to an adult. The DID not ring the door bell or we would have signed for it. 3. They left it on the front porch in 38 degree weather with a high probability of freezing that same night. 4. Attempts to contact you via your "Mobile" app resulted in no User interaction on the mobile app, therefore we could not file a complaint last night after we got home. Your company is a Joke. The Company we bought this from has been informed of the incompetence and we are considering contacting the Attorneys General of Washington about the Legal requirements for delivery of alcohol without Identification.

World's Worst Worthless Shipping Company

This company deserves nothing but 0 star reviews and to go out of business. GLS has been obscenely, incomprehensibly incompetent on this delivery. First, the expected delivery date was passed, so the delivery person attempted a day when I am not home. I would not have known though if I wasn't checking my tracking number since the driver didn't bother to leave a door tag. Then I tried to reschedule the next delivery, but was told they have to try and fail first because the package is already on the truck. Supposedly they tried to deliver again, but I can't be sure since they once again did not leave a door tag. So, I requested a delivery for November 7th with an 8am-12pm window. I stayed home ALL DAY, never left, causing great inconvenience to myself, because I was waiting on the driver that I was assured would come. When they missed the delivery window, I was told they would be out by 5pm. THEY NEVER CAME! So, I requested a new delivery date for this Thursday November 13th. This whole time, I've been being told that Operations needs to communicate with customer service, but has not done so. Now, GLS is supposedly making the 3rd and final delivery attempt TODAY, Monday November 10th. This is absolutely unacceptable. I told GLS they need to fix this. And I want my shipping fees refunded. They said that I need to get in touch with my vendor or my shipper for that. So, basically, no matter how bad they screw up, there is no recourse for the recipient, and the best one can hope for is that someday, finally, eventually, the package arrives. My advice: don't buy anything that uses GLS as the shipping company.
