It has been two weeks since I have…

It has been two weeks since I have placed an order that was supposed to be delivered by this company and all they have done is put rescheduled on my tracking and then proceeded to tell me they have lost my package. They have not updated it on my shipping status so I cannot even request a refund on the products.

First time I’ve heard of the shipping…

First time I’ve heard of the shipping company. They were supposed to deliver an H&M package. It never arrived, but they delivered to someone. The name of the person it was delivered to didn’t have the same name as me which should have been first clues it was the wrong place. The person signed with a smiley face should have been the second clues. Guarantee the company won’t do a damn thing to figure out where it was. They only make claims terrible service doesn’t even deserve a single star.

If I can give them a zero star

If I can give them a zero star that's what they would really be receiving. I dealt with them for several days trying to get my package that I had ordered on the 25th of April. They had me scheduled for delivery on the 5th but it never showed up and they said they ran out of time. Then the 6th, 7th and 8th. Same situation. I finally received it late in the day on the 9th. The delivery person had someone with him, possibly his wife and he knocked on our door and heard our dogs barking so he ran back to his vehicle. Apparently he thought that our dogs were going to bust through the door and get him LOL. I've never seen anybody do that before. I would not use this delivery service. They lied to you and they don't deliver when they are supposed to. I will never be using them again.

No Customer Service for Package Recipients

I guess Zara US has switched to GLS to fulfill their shipments and what a disaster. Two very important packages I needed for an event were supposed to arrive on 5/2. I tracked the package and the notes said something like wrong address or wrong zipcode. Double checked my order and there were no mistakes with my address. I tried to call and chat with "customer service" but was in both instances told no agents were available. I called Zara to see if they had any information and was informed there was an "incident" with delivery and my packages would likely not arrive. I had to re-order everything with expedited shipping costs to avoid GLS.

Delivery Picture Shows Random Doorstep with Wrong Address

I got an alert that my package was delivered but it was not. I reached out to the company I purchased my package from to see if they could provide me any information. GLS gave them a picture of the package on a doorstep showing an address that was not mine, and not even close to being the same. GLS has been nonresponsive. It makes me wonder if they even attempt to deliver the package, or if they just take pictures of boxes in front of random doors and keep the products for themselves. This has been a horrible experience and in my opinion this company is not trustworthy.

Awful service.

I have a medical meal delivery every week and they are continually a day or two late forcing the company to reship to me because the food is spoiled and defrosted. Last week they missed delivery till the 3rd day, (supposed to be within 24- 48 hrs), food was spoiled. Company sent a reshipment, it too was a day late again. Now my regular delivery is overdue and going into the 3rd day, which means spoiled food again. This has been going on for weeks. It is not the driver, looking at tracking, it's typically because the company has misrouted the PKG in transit. How do these people stay in business? If I could give -5 stars I would. So disgusted. I depend on these meals that are prescribed and when they arrive spoiled, I'm left to scramble for food till next delivery. This has happened repeatedly. .

awful delayed multiple days

awful, the package has been out for delivery for 3 days and no word of the driver! called them twice and all they say they communicated that the package is a priority but there is NO driver in sight - its the most awful service i ve ever received! i have no idea how long i will have to wait to get it. horrible service

GLS is literally the WORST shipping…

GLS is literally the WORST shipping company out there. There is absolutely NO customer support. When you try to reach them you receive a response that they are busy and to try back later. They lose packages and deliver to the wrong address. The best was finding my package THROWN over our entrance gate for cars to plow and drive over. The driver was even nice enough to take a freakin photo of the package laying in the middle of the road as proof of delivery. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
