This company allowed identity theft…

This company allowed identity theft even after I notified them of the security breach. My ex-wife was still able to access my account to make changes to the account several times even after changing passwords. My final payment to gm financial was in form of a check with my address which is the original address of purchase. My title got sent to my ex wife now I have to get lawyers involved to get it back. Last gmc I will own and last time dealing with gm financial

This company lies

This company lies! They lie and say they never received payment, then post it days late. Contact CFPB for fraud! Don't bother with BBB. At least CFPB will investigate their shady practices.They admitted they only cash checks once a month - they just don't care about ruining your credit history. I am looking into refinancing, as GM lost a 4 year customer who always paid on time. They have gone downhill this year, very dishonest, very shady.

Called to go over my end of lease…

Called to go over my end of lease information after requesting a 30 day extension.Called in commercial department answered by Maria from Arlington Texas call center.SUPER RUDECut me off when I was trying to explain what I had already discussed with two prior agents in the last month.EVERY TIME YOU CALL AN AGENT WILL PROVIDE INACCURATE AND DIFFERENT INFORMATION.The rep from today Maria was EXTREMELY RUDE, DOES NOT HOW TO LISTEN OR TREAT THE CUSTOMER.One of the many reasons why after three Buicks I left to get a Hyundai Palisade.If you read this do yourself a favor and look for another car If you are GM Financial, do yourself a favor and hire a customer service trainer to train your reps on how to treat the customer, provide accurate and consistent information.

This company can improve by restarting with a honest mission statement and demonstrate some integrit

This company can improve by not charging customers $10 to speak to an agent then another $7.50t to apply extra payment to principal then not following through. Totally incompetence. I refinanced through a credit union for half the interest and real customer care. GM Financial is by far the worse company i have ever dealt with. Just wish I could have seen these reviews before dealing with them. Hopefully this helps the next sucker.

RUN!

RUN! Shady tactics. Hope they go bankrupt. Whoever has led this financial company in this direction should be kicked in the balls. Completely dishonest. I’ve only been with them for two months and will be refinancing just to get away from the bs.

Cadillac Financial completely mislead…

Cadillac Financial completely mislead and misguided me when I need a duplicate title for my SUV. I purchased the truck at the end of my lease in Dec. 2022 and never received the title or bill of sale. They claim it was mailed out on 12/29/22. I never received anything. Fast forward to wanting to purchase a new Cadillac and turn in my existing one. We didn't have a title. Put a deposit on a new truck. Was let to believe the new title would be here within a few days. Someone on the phone at CF walked my husband through the steps of requesting a new title. Followed the steps give my the CF employee. Took over a month for the title to arrive. In the meantime I called CF multiple times and was given the wrong information, was told it would be shipped overnight, it wasn't, was told supervisors would call back, they didn't, asked for compensation due to the trade in value of my current truck going down $4,000 and was told they wouldn't. I was willing to finance a new truck through this company and yet they weren't willing to make me a happy customer. In the meantime, the Cadillac dealer sold the new truck I had a deposit on despite our constant updates of not having our title so we couldn't trade the current truck in. The new truck was sold the day before my title arrived in the mail. A horrible nightmare that I am left to deal with and Cadillac Financial wouldn't own up to the fact that they screwed up nor would they try and make me a happy customer! Disgusting customer service!

Deserves a zero GM Financial

Deserves a zero. Do not do business with GM Financial in Maryland. Paid off truck loan in full May 8 and have made 8 phone calls as of August 8 asking where the new clean title is. GM Financial never completed paperwork with MD MVA to release the lien they filed against the title. Have waited three months and still no correct, clean title. This is breach of contract and someone is not doing their job in their tag & title department. We made several trips in person to Sport Chevy dealership where new truck was purchased thru their finance person, and got nowhere so far. Next stop will be the attorney general's office.

If I could give zero stars, I would I had issues the mid beginning of me getting my car i was having issues with my now ex-husband and I called they said they would put the 3 missed payments at the end and it wouldn't hurt anything here we are all I owe is 230 dollars payments were 270 a month always paid 300 and sometimes I paid twice a month they are saying my account is delinquent but yet I have proof I've been making non-stop payments my credit score went down 27 points due to these crooks, and there staffers are rude as hell never will I give them a good review I'm trying to fix my credit but yet they are making it hard
