My partners car broke down on way to the airport. He was due to have a medical procedure in another country and had to be there by a certain time. After he was towed home we rebooked the trip and had 90 min to get to the airport.I called GoGreen who got a taxi to us within 15 minutes, and to the airport within good times.They were very compassionate about the reason for travel and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I pre-ordered a taxi to pick me up from a wedding when it didn't arrive on time, I rang to see where it was and was told it would be another 3 hours as there weren't any drivers. I had booked a week in advance and reconfirmed the day before. They said it wasn't their fault there were no drivers!! Shockingly bad and not even apologetic.
Terrible.Outbound Newbury to LGW, booking made in advance for 4.15am pick up. On day of trip, app showed 'we have been unable to allocate a driver' as at 3.45am. Having started the journey in my own car as I had a flight to catch, on calling the office I discover that the driver is arriving, so return home. Driver calls office who confirm the app starting that no driver had been allocated, confusing for both the driver, the office and myself as I was in the car. Still showed as unallocated (helpfully I took a time stamped screenshot of the app).Requested for someone from the office to call me to discuss, but no call ever came.Return trip, driver allocated too late, so arrived one hour late, but not through his fault (he was fantastic)On calling the office again, I was effectively accused of lying about the facts, and told simply that there was nothing that would put could be done, not even an apology for the inconvenience
I booked a taxi i was told the far would be £5.60 but i was charged £7 because the driver when to the wrong place and he charged me waiting time i was waiting out side my flat i tried to talk to them to sort this out and was treated like a fool they told me that the price was based on miles yet the min fair is £5.60 my trip was 0.8 miles yet i was charged £7 they dealt with this very poorly by making up excuses and out right lying to me
Excellent service from Go Green Abingdon last week. Ordered a morning and a midnight taxi to take us to and from a wedding at Lains Barn, Wantage. Online booking via their web site worked well. Both taxis were on time and driven by very pleasant drivers. Thank you.
