Shockingly bad taxi company!

I pre-ordered a taxi last week £200 to take my daughter to a cancer scan and back home and yesterday ensured it would be on time. I was rung up this evening 5 minutes before pickup by the taxi driver to say he had only just been given the job and would be 20 minutes late. Go Green staff couldn't care less and just said it was written in the terms and conditions it could be late!

The Worst Taxi Company I've ever had the misfortune to book with.

Ordered a cab to get a train for Heathrow. Taxi didn't show at booked time. We called him to be told he'd be at least another 20 mins so my wife had to take me. When I called GoGreen they told me they were not required to be on time and as long as the taxi arrived at some point in time then they had fulfilled their part of the bargain. Perhaps somewhat unsurprisingly, I disagreed with them. I will certainly never use them again.

Nightmare

Pre booked a taxi for a wedding to arrive at midnight. Made a phone call at 12:30 to see if the taxi was nearby/still coming to be then told he’s 15 minutes away. I said I’d hop into another taxi with a friend as he’s 45 minutes late and was then labelled rude and abusive. £65 for a 20 minute journey and 45 minutes late, shocking service, do not recommend.

We have used this company a lot

We have used this company a lot. Last time was one week ago when they took us to the airport. The bookings run smoothly and the taxi is always there early. The cars are good and clean and the drivers are very professional. Out of the many trips I have had with them, there has never been an issue.

Rubbish

Rubbish. My wife ordered a taxi for 11.40pm from Thornhill Park and Ride when she got on the Oxford Tube in London at 10pm. My wife and 12-year-old daughter were left stranded in the freezing cold at Thornhill waiting for half an hour for the taxi to arrive.

I wouldn’t even give it a one star

I wouldn’t even give it a one star I’m disgusted by the company I’m a single mother and a baby and I simply asked the drivers if they could help me pack the car because if leather gets damaged that would be my fault and I’d have to replace it when asking them I got shouted at ans talked down to all in front of my baby boy knowing before hand when rang the company that it would be the case and they refused the job drove off and left me upset ans crying and then when I rang go greens up I was spoken to like dirt on the floor by a women I’m upset disappointed and to think I ordered a mini bus and being told the night before there’s a problem we will send to cars for extra money how dare they that’s not my fault I should have been charged the same amount nothing but rude and money grabbing don’t use them!!! Ever

If I could give 0 stars I would, it’s December and I’ve been made to wait ages no help putting my shopping into the car no help taking then out and when I got into the car it stunk of takeaway or fast food. Sort it out

Unreliable, unsustainable, unsatisfactory

I ordered a taxi for 1:15 am. I called the company 15 minutes after the booking time and they assured me that the taxi would be with me in 20 minutes. After half an hour, I called and was assured that the taxi was "just around the corner". 45 minutes after this (over 1 hour after the initial booking time) the taxi had still not arrived and I had not been contacted and was unable to get home.The company refused to give me any kind of discount and I am incredibly disappointed by this experience. I will not be using this company again.EDIT: I received an email letting me know that my booking had been cancelled but no attempt was made to contact me prior to this. I didnt think it could get any more unprofessional.

Booking cancelled 20 minutes before…

Booking cancelled 20 minutes before collection at 10pm at night. Thankfully the restaurant were more professional and were able to arrange a replacement taxi in 15 minutes.Would not use these this company again!!!
